Rich Chocolate Pudding

I have made a similar recipe to this and it's really yum and rich in chocolate. But the recipe I used only used egg yolk but this use whole egg. But I guess the texture and taste would be similar. This is a perfect recipe for dessert.

You'll need:

250g cooking chocolate
5 eggs
100g butter
180ml milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
Fresh strawberries

1. Chop chocolate and put into bowl with butter ad milk. Place bowl over boiling water to melt chocolate.

2. When it has melted, put aside to cool down. Add more milk if it's too thick.

3. Add eggs, one by one, to the cool chocolate stirring continuously. Then pour into ramekin moulds or espresso coffee cups. Steam on high heat for 15 minutes.

4. Remove and allow to cool slightly. Decorate with strawberries or ice cream. To serve cold, simply ut pudding in refriegerator for 1 hour.

Note: You can try putting in the freezer too but not for too long.

a measure of vodka
a measure of honey tea
top it up with cranberry juice
ice cubes

Shake up the ingredients before straining. Then serve in a martini glass.

Grape Shake (Alcohol Free)

You'll need:

a handful or 100g of grapes
a measure of syrup
1.5 cups of ice cubes

Blend them all and pour into a tall glass.

Tip: For an alcoholic kick, add a dash of vodka.

Strawberry Splash (Alcohol Free)

All you need is:

a measure of pineapple juice
a measure of mango juice
2 measures of apple juice
a measure of strawberry puree

Shake it all p an strain into a tall glass. Then you need:

soda water
crushed ice to top it all off

Take:

a measure of rum
half a measure of Creme de Cassis
a slice of purple dragon fruit
2 measures of cranberry juice

You can either muddle the dragon fruit or simply shake it all up with the rest of the ingredients. Then strain it and serve in a tall glass.
