Anyway.

I was walking from dining hall back to my room, and I looked down and saw a circle with two perpendicular arrows pointing out of it. I was going in the direction of one arrow, so I followed it. Then I saw more arrows, and followed them.

I came across a few more split-circles, but I didn't have time to follow them. :/
I started to wonder where they went, even though I know how to get around campus, and where most everything is or leads to.

The arrows made me think that even though I know where they might lead to, I don't know where they lead to, and even though I could get to wherever it was they were leading on my own, the arrows made it more of adventure. They turned the known into the unknown.

Though I guess I really didn't know anyway, since I didn't know why the arrows were there anyway.

Forgive my attempt at being... "deep".

How sad, it's going to rain. No more arrows.

Somedays I'll be out and about, walking around, and there will be some parent, walking around with their kid who is maybe two or three.

Then, all of a sudden, you hear "Mommy/Daddy, we're lost!"

Then the parent always says something like, "silly goose, you can't be lost, you don't know where you're going, but I do, and you're with me!"

Then the kid goes on about how they're obviously lost, because the kid has no clue where they are.

It's always ridiculously cute...

I'm going to have to start a log of things that Dave says while he's asleep. They get crazier and crazier.

First it was bugs. Then the fan was going to fall. Now, it's "if I freak out, it's only because the values are going insane." He doesn't know why the values are going insane, but if he freaks out, that's why.

It's kinda funny, Dave is totally the "have a conversation while asleep" sleep-talker. Perhaps I'll post the sillier ones.

I always find that there's a certain time of the year where I'd much rather be outside playing than doing homework.

Today is one of those days. It's so nice outside, a great day for playing...

But no, I have to BS this stupid proposal that has to be 2-3 pages long. No clue how that's getting pulled off.

I've finally narrowed it down to two choices.

Shiny-metal-looking bunny for 7 dollars
or
Plasticky yellow-flower for 4.50.

I'll be going home next weekend, I'll see if I can steal the vehicle and hit up a shop or two.

Dave, pet0r, minijen and myself were all walking back from getting dinner at a local Chinese restaurant.

Sad enough that the staff knows us (they've got good food, sheesh!), but whatever.

Walking back, we passed a cookie shop.

I go in, to see what this shop is about, and it's like a coldstone for cookies! I've never been to a coldstone, but that's what the guy described it as.

So I bought a baker's dozen of cookies. Sugar+heath bar and peanut butter+reese's pieces.

They're pretty tasty. I'll have to go back and buy a cookie-cake for my shindig in a month.
