I took paper one of the Math Standard Level IB exam.

And I'm fairly sure I kicked the pants off it.

This post isn't about physics, it's about things about physics.

I had lunch with a pal today, and afterwards we had a pretty long conversation about hypothetical physics (yes, not theoretical, haha), scary movies, church, and brotherhood.

Then I had class, which you all can read about in my previous post, unfortunately.

THEN I helped out a fraternity brother with his brother's physics homework (don't ask). That was fun because it was easy stuff. He offered to pay me but I declined. Then we had a good conversation about girls and church and...well the man wanted to talk about a girl. So mostly that.

THEN I went to Bible Talk, which was neat, and afterwards had a conversation about hypothetical physics.

And then I studied the Bible with one of my friends.

Do you see the trend?

I tried to read Les Mis a little this evening. It was legitimately page after page of the author describing the political situation in France. This entailed short little nonsensical sentences about people I've never heard of doing things I can't decipher in places I don't care about for reasons I don't understand. I'm sure it would be very dramatic if I had the smallest inkling of what he's talking about but I don't.

So I'm going to skip most of it next time I think. Yes.

I was ambushed yesterday. It was during lunch after church, and our mom had just made us a delicious lunch of leftover mac+cheese and some steak, yum! Afterwards, I felt weird, so I went to the bathroom.

After scarring the poor toilet for life, I went to lay down for a few minutes. When I woke up, I was in a white room. Nothing on the walls except blazing white-ness. The floor is bare, but also white. I'm tied to a chair that's bolted to the floor. My head is somehow completely immobilized, so I can't look around to see the rest of my surroundings. Suddenly, my mom appears, and I try to scream through my gag.


She cut my hair.

On a lighter note, I now have a Razr phone, silver, very nice, with V-cast. I love it, and have spent my first school day back collecting girls' numbers. I leave you to decide whether my story is true or not.

I feel like my stomach is trying to assassinate my brain.

In the middle of fourth block today, I suddenly had this awful pain in my stomach. Dull, but throbbing. It didn't feel like a cramp or air bubbles. It was something I haven't had to deal with in...ages. It was...just an upset stomach. I'd forgotten.

One thing I hate about pain, in general, is that it feels so wrong. A quick flash from a burn or prick isn't so bad. But that terrible wrongness that just goes on and on...it's indescribable. It's something you can't ease, can't get away from. It makes you shudder. You think that if you ignore the feeling, you'll be fine. But it's like the urge to eat, the urge to relieve yourself. It's the sensation that you must satiate your body somehow, whether it be by going to the bathroom, eating, scratching the itch, pushing on a cut...you can always do something to relieve it, at least for a short time. But this...you have no choice but to sit through it, and try to wait it out. It grabs your attention, it breaks your focus, and it does not relent.

What awful timing. The one night that I have little other homework. The one night before Friday that I can work on this 1500 word paper, the one that I have not been able to even start. And now all I can think about is this terrible...thing.
