Nostalgia at 16 years.
Monday. 2.4.08 11:05 pm
I just watched a few odd episodes of season one of Digimon. And now I miss it terribly. I would pay a lot of money for the first two seasons on DVD, possibly the third also.

That was my favorite show, hands down. But we've never been a big TV family, so I kind of lost touch with it.

I mean, Invader Zim is awesome, but it doesn't have the personal aspect that Digimon has. Oh, man.

I haven't wanted anything material for a long time. And now I want something rather badly. Crap.

Digimon absolutely beats the crap out of Pokemon, too. Pokemon is just a kid trying to...train is pokemon or something. Digimon is a story of:
1) Saving the world
2) Lots of friendship and love themes. Healthy stuff.
3) Innocent little hug buddies transforming into monstrous, but friendly, death machines just seals the deal. Seriously.
4) Like Pokemon before season n, there are lots of monster forms and such, but still at a manageable level. Knowing each one is half the fun.

Deep down, I think we all want our own digimon.

Crap.

I have perfected the art of SNOOZING the alarm while still completely asleep. Ironically, my grades are improving dramatically.

I'm dating this chick, and it's pretty slick, but I couldn't rhyme to save my...

...neck. *ahem*

My myspace pictures are apperently awesome in the extreme. I love getting picture comments.

I don't have anything to really post, but I feel like posting anyway.

Katie really is an amazing person.
NOT FOR SALE.
Too bad you'll probably never meet her.

Uh oh. Bio homework. I guess I have to cut this short. I was running out of stuff to throw out anyway.

EDIT: Unknown to Katie, I shall call her at 4:03 tomorrow morning exactly! Mwuahaha!

"It's not the tree that forsakes the flower..."

"...but the flower that forsakes the tree."

Random quote from a Nightwish song. If anyone can tell me what song it's from...they win. *shrug*

Two things. One, the album is Dark Passion Play. Two, don't cheat. I kind of want to know who knows this naturally...

A lot of my friends use xanga. Which is fine with me, because I get mail when they update, and so don't have to worry about missing stuff. I kind of miss being surrounded by my friends, though. Meh. That's partly why I moved to nuTang, so that I could write what I wanted and keep it out of my local mainstream. For me, using xanga is like crapping in your bed; you put all these thoughts and opinions out, but chances are, you have to deal with them later because everyone you know reads it.

NuTang is like the toilet for me. Bahahaha.

A few people have kind of followed me over, though. Which is fine. I can still protect my posts. Hehehe.

I just noticed that I subconsciously look for my name when reading my friends' posts. If I see a five or six letter word with a capital "S" in a paragraph ahead, I notice it, a little. And I'm always disappointed when it's not my name.

If I wasn't so tired, I'd be amused.

Oh, neat.

This will probably offend some people, seeing as how there aren't a lot of Christians on nuTang these days...

I was thinking about stereotypes. Like, trying to figure out where I fit. When you really think about it, I have traits from pretty much every possible group one can be grouped into. Except racial groups, because, well, I'm pretty white. Pale, too.

In reality, Sean was calling me emo because of a song that I listen to, but it all came down to the same thing. I had an epiphany.

I'm a Christian. I never thought about it until today, but...it's kind of it's own group. I mean, I'm pretty positive that other religions, like Buddhism stick out in society, but it's still kind of cool.

I finally found my group. Now I need to define it, make traits, and poke fun at emo kids. HA!

Not really.
