Always moved by the love expressed by this father :D

Retain Section 377A!
Friday. 10.19.07 10:27 am
I just signed a petition to support the Government's decision of retaining Section 377A that forbids sexual acts among homosexuals. Here's the comment I added when I signed the online petition:

As a school teacher and a father of 3 children, I strongly support the Government's decision of retaining S377A to provide the next generation with the right perspective about marriage, sexual intimacy and a healthy family structure that would bring up a new generation that would give birth to future generations in our country that is already facing an aging population problem!

If you are also not for the idea of allowing such unnatural acts to happen in Singapore, please join me in signing the petition as well! Click on the link below to go to the site.

Keep S377A!

I am persuaded
Wednesday. 10.17.07 9:14 am
Could we with ink the ocean fill
And were the sky of parchment made,
If every stalk on earth's a quill
and every man a scribe by trade.
To write the love of God above,
would drain the ocean dry
None could the scroll contain the whole
Though stretched from sky to sky.

For I am persuaded that
neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers,
nor things present, nor things to come,
nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature,
shall be able to separate us from the love of God
which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Romans 8:38-29

I will be seeing most of them for the last time... maybe not, we still have prom night :) anyway, it's really sad to see them go... don't know how much sweet memories or impact I have made in their lives but I'm sure they left a giant footprint in my life's journey... thank you for all the autographs that you took the effort to write... that's Christian with his self-drawn Transformers cake :) btw, his birthday is tmr! 101001! HAPPY BIRTHDAY, CHRISTIAN! I called him "the binary kid"! it's obvious from his birth date!

that's the frame Christian chose for the birthday shoot!

that's one of Christian's birthday presents. any idea what that is? the answer is in the next photo!

yup! his favourite Transformers character: Optimus Prime!

it's convertible to a truck as in the Movie! but it took me about an hour to figure how to transform it! so much more complex as compared to the one I played when I was a kid! and it cost a bomb too! $99!! courtesy of his aunt! :)

that's the caterpillar that we caught! it has turned into a cocoon! we are awaiting for metamorphosis to take place! butterfly! :)

I love this drawing in one of my kids' story books called Running Shoes. the expression on the girl's face is so beautifully captured! :)
