Guess who won!? Wednesday. 9.24.08 1:00 pm The funniest thing is this: the other team plays field soccer every week while we played street soccer every week. We did a short briefing about our positions, had a short word of prayer and off we went to play our hearts out! We thought we will lose quite badly because we have never played together as a full team before. Amazingly, we played pretty well together! The game ended in a draw of 2-2 although we could have won 4-2 had we not missed the penalty kick and had one of the shots hitting against the vertical pole! The greatest shortcoming of the human race is our inability to understand the exponential function! Don't believe me? Try this! Tuesday. 9.23.08 10:47 am At 11pm, there is only one bacteria in a jar. At 12 midnight (one hour later), the jar is completely filled with bacteria. If the bacteria is able to double itself every 1 minute, when is the jar half filled with bacteria? (it's obviously not 1130pm!)
