Designer of your world, Creator of your own destiny, an endless journey in search of revelation. You’re a modern day Maestro, the conductor of your own brilliant symphony.

A quiet achiever with astronomical achievements, you work your deal with a positive, focused attitude. You confront challenges with a smile, defying life to throw out something that you can’t catch. A seasoned veteran of doing things for yourself, you don’t depend on anyone to hold your hand for you. You know what has to be done, you know how you’re going to do it and it always gets done with time to spare.

Deep, intense and contemplative, chill time alone is vital for your survival. You’ve got your own fortress of solitude, purpose built to give you the head space you need to centre your core, recharge your batteries and plan your next move.

But too much alone time in the fortress can lead to cabin fever. Hanging with your buddies is just as important to your sanity as those hours alone. You have selected your inner circle with care, with a focus on quality rather than quantity. Genuine friendship is all about loyalty, allegiance and keeping it real.

No point leaving anything to chance when you can use your grey matter to make it happen. The architect of your own life’s blueprint, you meticulously chart your chosen destiny – and then work the work to make it happen. If it’s not part of the plan, you’re interest level is nil.

Emotional speak is not your forte. You’re a deep, compassionate and generous soul but you don’t need the world to know about it. Talking matters of the heart is no easy task at the best of times - and near impossible at the worst of times.

Each Soulmark pendant interlocks perfectly with only one other Soulmark pendant. Check out how tightly the shape of Maestro Soulmark Pendant wraps around the shape of the Artisan Soulmark Pendant – it’s a perfect fit. The Artisan, your Soulmark Match, totally appreciates the unique strengths of the Maestro, including your amazing ability to create and fulfill your own chosen destiny. To bring an Artisan into that destiny all you need to do is check out the local mortals and nab yourself the one with the Artisan pendant hanging from their neck.

I'm a maestro! Find out your soulmark from here. Hmmm...I wonder who's an artisan? hehe..

Cosi Fan Tutte (women are like that)
Monday. 12.5.05 6:45pm
mood: happy
I drove 45 mins to Midland on Sunday after a rough night celebrating Jess's 21st bday to listen to an opera called 'Cose Fan Tutte'. It was all in Italian and it was at the Australian college of Opera. I quite enjoyed it actually, it was my first opera and I went with a couple of work mates. The acoustics were amazing and I have never known men and women to reach such high notes, it was quite powerful too! I was giggling throughout cuz it was a comedy written by Mozart, which basically mocks the way women act and feel.

It was a contrast to the night before, when the culture was totally different. I went on a double decker bus with my lumen friends and drove all the way around Perth stopping at pubs, and each one having a drink. Lucky I knew when was my limited cuz my other friends didnt and either ended up really happy or really mad! I was happy to be in bed by 1am. Im sooo not a party animal anymore..

Basically my creature comforts now are good food, and games. hehe. Yeh my bf has got me hooked on gamecube and Nintendo DS. I luv playing games! hehe... It's just so fun, I have always been a watcher but now I am into it and hog the controller from my bf. My inner nerd is coming out and so is my creative side. I'm back to being my old self :) All I feel like doing now is drawing, writing, poetry, music. It's a nice feeling to have time for myself and not worry about work so much. Even though work is always gonna be there...just gotta accept that and organise my life as well...

time for an entry
Tuesday. 11.29.05 7:44pm

At the latin extravanganza 19th nov - at Freo passenger terminal.

mood: sick
I have just been having the shittiest start to the week, I feel really low on fuel n just tired of the same routine day in and day out. I want something different to happen. I cant wait till I am off 2 weeks starting on the 19th Dec. Its gonna be my annual leave, where I enjoy the Christmas season. Trying hard to get into the spirit of things but I know it wont hit me till the final week. I have had so many social outings with my office mates, and as much as I enjoy myself I cant seem to get away from work!

Like last week I went to see a play, a rock musical of the birth of Christ. It was good, one of my gay workmates was playing the part of Joseph. It was nice to support him. Then the week before I went to my first office sundowner and partied with the Aussie folk, sharing a beer and nibbles. I have never shown that side of me before n now they know Im not a quiet accounts person...who doesnt have life! Then this weekend I shall attend an opera with another work friend. hahha! Crazy! And to follow up - Office Christmas party, which I am only going to see the guys in action after a few drinkies..

I have always thought of myself as to introvert/extrovert...I can be reluctant to make new friends and I can be very actively involved in mingling - depending on the mood. I have had MOODS! And not shy to show them. Which is what has changed in me...Im praticing transparency... But this means more people will find me annoying and "rude". Like I can mingle outside of my comfort zone with people who share diff ideas so easily...and take interest in them. Yet I cannot seem to give my bro's girlfriends a chance to know me...or even bothered to know them...is it a crime to choose the people u want to meet? The more my mum forces me to meet them I just dont want to...

Unless I am all "socialized out" and would rather enjoy the company of true blue old friends who have stuck by me. I have been complaining this whole time havent i? I guess cuz I have been sick...and had to leave work half day today...

Parents talking about S-E-X
Monday. 11.14.05 6:48pm
mood: comfy

This must be the most creepiest subject that a parent can bring up with their children... Yes...and now it was my brother's and my turn! It was weird...I never thought of my parents as the gurus of relationships and let alone sex. It is something that a child does not think their parents DO! I'd like to remain believing that my parents are best friends and dont hug or kiss or show mushy mushy affection so easily. They are Chinese parents so of course...I have never seen them do any of that in the 21 years of my life. :p

But my parents finally see Jason, Wayne and I all having our own rships with our boyfriend and girlfriend. I think they see us as grown ups and are able to talk to us about these things. But it makes me feel uncomfortable when they try and put in examples of themselves to tell the moral to a story!! I'm glad though that they are more open and not so closed-minded, I'm happy to laugh and joke to them bout things and also talk seriously. But still I cannot stop laughing in those instances...

They finally accept me for my choices, and that is what I see as respect. There is nothing more important than the feeling of someone trusting in you and respecting you as an individual. :) Sometimes I wish I had foresight when I was at the age of 19, to see what my parents perceive and to know I was too young for LOVE and committment at that age. Why should youth feel the pain of a broken heart?? When they could've been wiser to start with knowledge and advice from others...most importantly a person has to be ready to be LOVED (regardless the age). :)

sem2 over
Monday. 11.7.05 7:15pm
Im so happy sem 2 is over. I feel so much better at work...without the worry of assignments and class after work. It's so relaxing to just come home to no study. hehe. I want to really finish my course but it will take another yr part-time! I hate it, I wish I could just finish it. Im becoming more involved with work...I have joined a committee where we are hoping to recruit more ppl from GEN Y. That means ppl 17-late 20s. We have too many old geezers at the office and are in need of new and fresh ideas! I cant wait to get this project up and running, cuz it would definitely motivate school leavers to apply! Im just becoming a worker in my organisation... as much as dream is to leave and work for myself :)

Im getting too comfortable in my surroundings. Oh yeh I just purchased a 46664 mug! It is to support Nelson Mandela's AIDS foundation it is so cool! I have taken it to work to show off :p But most importantly to help the voiceless find a voice. ;) So you guys if you have a credit card, use it! And buy merchandise from a charity!

I really cant wait till christmas...I am already feeling the spirit of giving. *sigh*... why cant it be holidays sooner? Means my friends come back from KAL and we get to party after exams! YIPEE! I want my older bro to come back too, cuz I miss him a lot!

What's been happening pp?
Sunday. 10.23.05 7:23am
mood: so-so

I had a beer all to myself for the first time on Friday night hehe. I have never drank a bottle of beer before, only took sips from other's drinks. But I thought I may just try it out, so I drank a Corona with lemon. Hmmm....make that 3 Coronas on Friday night. hehehe :p It is a lite beer, and it is just enough to make me tipsy and not sick. I love the refreshing taste of it, and now you guys prob think I am an alco if you haven't known before. :)

I went out with my workmates for happy hour at the mustang bar, in northbridge on Friday night. I don't usually engage in these activities but rather go home and start the weekend off there. I didnt even go to the gym but was persuaded by the tipple. I guess also that same day we had lunch at Il Padrinos (a pizza place) and had a glass of red wine there. Returning to work with a tomato face, hehe my manager may have thought it inappropriate, but it's friday dammit!

I had a great time, left stressors behind and bonded with my colleagues, we spoke of a lot of inner-goss, like who was gay and who was straight. Then it became obvious to me the lady I have been training is lesbian, she has made me laugh so much and she is now a good friend. :) Even though she 44 and likes women, I can get along with her. And I know I dont need to be lesbian to hang out with her. My office now has at least 10 gays and 2 lesbians, hehe...it really is a multicultural organisation :)

One strange thing is that she jived with me, that means we danced, haha, but it was just silly fun. Then two of us left to go to the Court (bar for gay people) to have another drink, just chatted so much! By the end of the night, I went to see my bf at Baskins, and he was shocked to see me tipsy and smelling of smoke. But he took me home, hehe what a night! I dont think work will be the same on Monday morning. hmmmm...
