Today I lied. Today I really lied, a real one and I feel bad about it.

I also threw together posibly the most brillant story i have ever written to turn in for the aplication to Advanced fiction, but as I turned it in I noticed a glaring grammatical error. hopefully it will be overlooked in the story's sheer brillance. The story, however, is based a little on real life and contains some serious famialy secrets that outsiders, and myself might think are just plain insanity.

Despite apperances I would have to say that it's not a Chobits knock off. it's about a girl who is turned into a weapon of mass destruction. Heres the synopsis from Amazon Chise is a small, shy and clumsy high school student who managed to work up the courage to ask Shuji, a tall, confident and athletic boy in her class, to be her boyfriend. The two make a cute couple, but their lives as they know them are thrown into disarray when war begins to tear Japan apart. Even more horrifying, Chise is taken by an unknown group, and her body is transformed into the military's ultimate weapon. With the knowledge of what his girlfriend has become, Shuji struggles to hold onto the Chise he loves, even as the military uses her for their battles and the rest of his friends are also pulled into the growing conflict. Meanwhile, Chise struggles to hold onto her humanity, fearful that herself as a weapon may one day overwhelm and destroy herself as a human.

Well it's no secret I would like to build a spaceship... actually I wouldn't mind building an entire habitat in the Earth/ Moon Lagrange point. Hopefully it could sustain itself by mineing asteroids are pulling ice and mateiral off the moon. Nuclear reactors might be nice... but I digress. You could look at this and say, "Oh how poetic a city in the stars." or you miht just think it sucks.

The latest issue of scientific America talks about radiation shielding, and I'm bringing this up now because the next 11 year solar cycle is going to be intense. about a 50% increase in solar activity and the strength of solar flares ect. It's going to be bad.

The likelyhood of building a city betwixt the earth and moons gravitational influence is already scant because, as it is, NASA promises only three shuttle launches a year. That is why I look longingly at the independent AeroSpace companies that are cropping up now a days. Space X in particular looks promiseing. If only i had the money or the edjucation in the corectt feild to get involved. But hey thats why i buy physics books because if I study a subject an hour a day for three years I will be an expert. .. right? hopefully.

on the more mundane front I think I may have strep throat... and I found out this morning that Tricare no longer covers me. :-(

A national gaurd patrol of ten soldiers were ambushed by Fifty insurgents... and the national gaurd kicked the insurgen'ts ass'. No contest. Whats worse is that the insurgents were filming this as they were getting their asses handed to them.

One of ours is being awarded a silver star, the first woman to get a silver star since WWII.

I'm tired and a little light headed. I turned in a story to the workshop today. Was it a good one? I'm not sure, but then again trying to produce a good story in a workshop is like someone holding me down to rape me and expecting me to give them a good Fuck. It just isn't going to happen.
The concept of the story is very good for what it is. It being a trite little short story about North Korea, the weight and measurement of what someone belives, ect and all the stuff I usually write when it comes to the topic.

I made it to long, I waisted words, the main charecter was to shallow, the seccondary charecters did not behave belivabley. Why did I make all these errors if I know about them and can write so much better anyhow? Well I'll tell you why. I had four days to write a 20 page story thats how. I was raped (FIGURATIVELY SPEAKING) , thats what.

I'm tired. I know I should be running... but I'm very tired and I have to prepare for a German exam tonight. Why am i tired? ... because I had four days to write a 20 page story and it consumed my time. No work on the novel was done during this time, no decent amount of sleep was gained, nothing I wanted to do was up for discussion. IN other words I was the victim of a good sound rapeing.

Im somewhat afraid to go to PT. I know I'm not great at pull ups but I have to improve. I have to be able to run 3 miles in 20 minuetes and do 16 pull ups while laughing at those who can't do that many. I have to be the best so I can be competive in Officer canidate school... so that some day when I make a spaceship I will be able to fly it and laugh, grotesquely laugh, at the people I'm leaving on earth.

So that I can construct a space station around a Lagrange point (a place where the gravity between to celestial bodies canecl each other out) and leave some kind of mark on the world before I die.

But i'ts all so popmpus and remote.

My brother is addicted to Chai now. It makes for interesting discussions. He stll hates coffee but hey I use to hate it too. I still can't drink the really dark stuff. Nope I am an acolayte of the coffee that is FRU FRU: Starbuck's
