yupe~! i caught the "Revenge of the Sith" today with PHT even though i m "Not a Believer". ok i have to admit the movie is not bad after all. it didnt turn out as boring as i thought it would be becos one of the gals told me she fell asleep while watching the movie.






for gals who are non- believers like me, good reasons for u to catch the movie are:
1. The fighting scenes are cool
2. Light sabres are nice too~! (i want one too)
3. Yoda is strange enuff kinda adorable haha
4. Anakin Skywalker is cute

oh yeah~! i m finally updating my blog cos been busy with the FO camp and of course i just returned frm my hk trip aka my graduation trip with specizhen and wax. i have certainly enjoyed myself in hk and tis wouldnt be possible without the company of my BB, specizhen and wax. well... tis isnt my usual style of writing an entry but i will do it anyway. heres a rough summary of my veri short stay in hk.

Day 1
after sitting next to wax and listening to his crap in the plane for over three hours, i finally reached hk which was ard 12. originally, all of us wanted to visit ocean park but due to the unpredictable weather and lack of time, we changed our minds and decided to head to ShenZhen via the KCR. haha~! come to tink of it, we were quite "gung ho" cos we haven even familarise ourselves with hk yet and we went to shenzhen.

in shenzhen, the ppl there naturally assumed tat we were from hk cos they were pinching to us in veri good cantonese and i couldnt understand a single word coming out from their mouths. after visiting a few retail stores in the shopping complex, the products there were nt as cheap as i thought it would be and they were pretty much the same.

over there, we tried one of their fast food chains which is nt found in sg itself. quite an interesting idea cos they were selling chinese cusine fast food style.

after three hours in shenzhen, we returned to hk and headed to one of their night markets which is ladies street. its just like the pasar malam back home. didnt really see anyting i like there so i was spared from the bargaining. but it was there i witnessed the bargaining powess of wax. haha~! he bargains like an auntie. tats basically the end of day one

Day 2
we had to wake up freaking early tat day (6 am in fact) because the tour guide was gonna pick us up at 8. we settled our breakfast at a small teahse which was pretty ok. the tour was amazing short and it ended at the madame tussauds. the visit to madame tussauds was fun cos its nt everyday u get to take pics with stars (ok~! they are nt real!). the view on victoria peak is amazing and i got my wish. we took the tram down to central. after taking the open-top bus and the star ferry, we ended at kowloon and headed to more night markets (temple street and fa yuen street).

Day 3
oh yeah~! finally we visited ocean park and we bought our admisssion tickets at a cheaper price too!!! the themepark was really big cos it stretches over two mountains and we practically spent the entire day there. we tried all of the rides there (sans the swing ride which was under maintainence), the scariest ride of all was definitely "the abyss" aka freefall.

becos of the ocean park, my latest obsession is jia jia and an an (just in case u are wondering, they are the two pandas living there.) haha~!

after ocean park, we had dinner, visited SOGO and proceed to visit lam kwai fong which is known for its clubbing. the whole of lam kwai fong was flooded with ang mos and was veri crowded. we didnt stayed there for long and headed back to our cramp hotel room.

Day 4
we didnt visit the Giant Buddlha as planned due to the lack of time. so we did more shopping haha~! tis time at a street which is filled with wholesales stores. damn~! its a pity we didnt find tis place earlier. the clothes are close to being dirt cheap and we dun even have to bargain.

ok if you have noticed, my summary on each day is getting shorter. i m just feeling plain lazy. so tats about it~! pictures??? wait till my next entry then :)

like u read it in the guys's blogs, i went hiking at macritchie. too lazy to write a full account of wat happened. here are a few pts to summarise the whole hiking expedition:

1. i was late as usual. was supposed to meet the guys at 8.30 am bishan but onli
managed to wake up at 8 am.

2. i got labelled as "ROADKILL"

3. haha~! i had my fair share of "werner moments" cos i almost slipped and fell on a
few occassions

4. all of us had "THL moments". apparently, i m nt the onli one who is afraid of
bugs haha~!

5. koban started to sound like an old man during the second half of the hike when
he is the youngest among us

6. the hike lasted for 4 hours draining all of our energy n leaving us freaking hungry

7. if u tink wat i wrote above is too short... pls refer to koban n hellsing blogs ;)

yupe~! the bbs met up again for a simple dinner at kenny rogers. tis time we met up as members of the unemployment force becos all of us managed to pass all our modules and graduate from sp successfully and smoothly. even though, most of us werent exactly happy with our results. nevertheless, we are veri glad tt we are outta sp. heng arh

haha~! apparently, one of our bbs lost her temp job and it was exactly wat she wished for. the details i shant elaborate cos onli the bbs present at tat dinner will understand whats the joke about. so bbs~! enjoy da pic below ;p
