Today, I made a trip to the airport to send my friend, WH, off to Texas. WH will be there for the entire sch sem for her Student Exchange Programme. Now I have one less friend to hang out with during lunch break, modules to take with and projects to do with. Oh well... It's only for half a year...

Anyway, I am sure she will have a great time there and hopefully when she returns, she would bring back a cute cowboy for each of the girls in our og Not asking for too much right?

I didnt have a chance to work this one month holiday because the two camps I had were spread over two weeks. It's hard to find a part-time job which only need me for such a short period of time.

So I have been doing nothing but watching videos online. I even started watching anime like "Bleach" and "Deathnote". Nice stuff. I also started watching series which I never had the chance to catch. I LOVE "Sex and The City". It's damn good. I finally understand what the hype about the show was all about. It sort of explores sex-related problems and situations that women face today.

I am still at the first season. I am very tickled by this line:

Stanford: Puberty is just a phrase. But 15 years of rejection is a lifestyle.

The only problem is I can't openly watch it in front of my parents because of its explicit content. Ok, I am off to watch another episode.

Happy New Year to All!

I hope 2006 had been a great year for everyone. In 2006, there was only one major down time which was Evocation. Evocation was my first performance for DE. During that period of time, I cried almost every night before I sleep. Besides that, 2006 has been pretty good to me. One of the highlights would be having my friends showing their support by watching my first major performance, TNW. Thank you guys I really appreciated it :) Other ups would be Lingling doing well for her PSLE and her getting into a good sec sch.

Now let's see if I managed to achieve any of those unrealistic resolutions I set last year.

Resolutions for 2006:
1. dun binge like no tom - Fail
2. exercise like once a week - Unless you consider three sessions of dance a week as exercise
3. dun drink excessively - Achieved!
4. do my readings every wk and make notes - Failed
5. dun skip lectures - Failed
6. do tutorials - Halfway there
7. be nicer to my frens - Err... My friends give the verdict
8. save 20 bucks a week. ok make tt 10 bucks - Savings = $0
9. dun spend so much time on msn - Hmm... Failed
10. CHEONG like mad. nt cheong to clubs but to the library! - Another F!

Overall grade - F

Anyway, I hope everyone has a good year ahead of them and may everything be smooth sailing :)

I bet you guys are sick of the old background like me. So I tried to change the background but something is screwed up somewhere...

Anyway, NUS officially released my most dreaded exam results today. Well... I did ok lah. I have to admit... It is my best sem so far. Finally no bloody Cs to be found on the webpage and YES! I can finally say that I can graduate with a degree with merit cos my miserable cap is at 3.27. Oh well, enough about results already...

Here's my 2007's New Year Resolutions:
1. Study Harder (Who am I kidding?)
2. Aim for CAP 3.5 (This also means I must get an avg grade of A-. Quite Impossible)
3. Lose some weight (Something on my list every year)
4. Eat less chocs ): (My poor throat cannot take my choc intake)
5. Sleep earlier (My dark circles are showing signs of becoming permanent)
6. Save $10 a week
7. Read the newspaper religiously (Yes... I don't read the newspaper at all)
8. Remember birthdays
9. Swear less (Starting to sound like a sailor)
10. Become a neater person
11. Learn and register counts (This is difficult)

The stress is killing me!!!

i regret taking that can of coffee... i feel like puking as i type here. i officially have a bad start to fucking exams. essays are the bane of my life. fucking only write 2 pgs with double spacing for a 15 marks question. judging from what i wrote, i m prepared to get only 1 mark for pathetic sympathy.

what the fuck m i doing!!!!!!!!!!! fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck... ugh! argh!

i have another paper at 5 p.m. tom but i cant concentrate! i keep getting distracted by the fact that i did so damn bad for today's paper!!!

at the rate, i m going... i m going to be unemployed by the time i graduate cos of my "outstanding" grades...
