*grins* its my birthday today~!

it never hit me tat i will be hitting 20 so soon. it was just a few years back when i was still in sec sch and was wondering wats the big deal about being eighteen? cos every female relief teacher tat just came out from jc would be ranting abt how wonderful being 18 is. now tat i have passed the 18 years old mark n hit 20, i cant help but wish i m 18 again. the reason y ? honestly, i dunnoe it myself.

now tat i m 20~! i must start on my "maintainance program" aka beauty regime. cos the moment a gal hits 20, everyting starts going downhill.

guess in a few years time, i would be like "sian~! its my bday again" and i wont openly announce my age.

today, i met up with my sec sch classmates not for a class gathering but to attend a funeral, the funeral of one of my fren's dad who died of a heart attack. wat started out to be a good day was all changed by a phone call from joanie.

seeing my fren cry, reprimand himself for not being a filial son and for not spending more time with his dad almost made me cry. i have nv see my fren so depressed before. today reminded me of wat happened serveral years back when my grandma passed away. back then, i also regretted not spending more time with her.

well... guess all i want to say is life is unpredictable and we wouldnt know when will be the day someone close or dear leave our side. so treasure them.

*hiccups* i absolutely hate them! wat are they exactly?

according to dictionary.com, hiccups are spasm of the diaphragm resulting in a rapid, involuntary inhalation that is stopped by the sudden closure of the glottis and accompanied by a sharp, distinctive sound.
