My boss spoiled me this summer with the Friday's off...now it's back to the 5-6 day work week and today is my only off day. It's fine, I need the money. I get paid this Friday and that's going into the bank with the money from the fundraiser. I have been working on the Articles of Incorporation and learned something about GA State Law. I have to publish in the AJC Paper Art4TH becoming a legal corporation--the day before I file the Articles of Inc.~ which is cool because I could use the publicity about Art4TH. Not sure how much it will cost, but again, I get paid Friday. So..gotta publish it in the paper before Art4TH becomes a corporation which iwll be next week sometime--I hope :) I want to make sure EVERYTHING is in order before I file and I still have to reserve the name~ as soon as the money hits the bank. PayPal is kinda slow LOL

You know how much hell my mother had been through this past year. Well, she applied for Medicaid coverage back in JANUARY. We didn't get the letter telling us that we had until JUNE 09 to send all of her medical bills until TODAY um I meant SEPTEMBER 16, 2009....Ugh, this government makes me so sick. Also, it has been determined that either her disability check at $1002 per month or my job which is now at minimum wage (considered a raise since it was $7 an hour) is too much money to qualify for Medicaid. Gee, thanks for telling us WE HAVE UNTIL JUNE TO SEND THE NEEDED BILLS in fucking SEPTEMBER. It's not like we are in fucking Europe..........

Just recently, I found out that a friend of mine isn't really a friend. She slandered not only me, but claimed to have been the founder of Art4TH, claims to have had a business plan for five year business plan. There's more. She was recorded on tape saying these things and I am posting the link to the video here so YOU members and friends of Art4TH can hear her voice. The first step is done. I reserved the name with the GA Sec of State and am now waiting on approval. Once I receive the approval and certificate of name reserved, I will be able to file the articles of incorporation for Art4TH. In a few minutes, YOU will be able to see the Articles online at www.art4thehomeless.org Of course, the Directors' addresses will be blanked out for privacy reasons but their names will be available.

The Homelessness Resource Center is sponsored by the US Department of Health and Human Services' Sister organization Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (www.samhsa.gov) has set up a page for Art4TH with a direct link to the Art4TH Website

Hey everyone! I know you are wondering about the incentives to be sent out. Some of then will be sent out Thursday, not all because i have to wait for more money to come in to send them off. This week I will be filing the Articles of Incorp for Art4TH and GA State Law requires that I file with the Fulton CTY Daily Report also which is an extra $40. I will send that off today, file the articles on Friday to give them a head start on the article.

Some of the incentives will be sent of tomorrow :) so I know you are excited about that!!
