I sent out an email to a couple of my friends telling them about NuTang and how great it is and so on...none of them replied. So I send another email asking them why they didn't reply and added the angry face. >=[ Grrr!

One of them replies saying: "Oh, I just read emails. I don't usually respond to forwarded emails. Especially when I'm not interested."

Me: ...........

Next one:

Hey (my name),
I did check out Nutang the first time you sent me the
link, but honestly, I'm not interested in blogs. I
think there are better things to do than to rant to
people you don't know and pretend to care about people
that you don't even know. We do that to friends in
real life.

Me: *sigh*

1.) IT WAS NOT A FORWARDED EMAIL.
2.) this was a friend I hadn't seen for a long time--I'M NOT THAT SUPERFICIAL.
3.) overall--> Wha-the-freakin'-WTH?

I totally understand. I have no friends I actually go out with. Everyone I know is from the net. I find the people I meet through the net more open minded and less judgemental. They also don't have preconceptions of who you are supposed to be from knowing your past.

I feel your pain...my friends would probably say the same thing...lol...and to your second friend, I like ranting to people i don't know and responding to other people that I don't know in real life either. I don't think that makes me a sad person...but I guess to some, it does.

AND...it's okay...if I lived where you lived, I probably wouldn't go outside much either...then again, if I were you...I'd want to leave your place as often as possible!!
