I can't get ANYONE to sign up and join our wonderful family. Not one person. Are they my friends or not?

I try to explain our-or rather, MY addiction to nutang. I tell them how great it is, how everyone is so friendly and nice. They all look at me with like I'm an idiot, a crazy bum stinking of alcohol preaching about God on the street. With their faces contorted with raised eyebrows, crooked mouth, hanging tongue, and their flippant declarations of "*sigh* I don't do blogs."

What's wrong with them?
These people have known me for three years now, more than that for some. I went to elementary school with couple of them. They should know me better by now. I wouldn't bring it up without an actual reason.

Oh, well. Anyone want my invite codes? Or I'll go check out the for newbie-wannabes....

I have a friend who wouldn't mind joining. I'm sure she'd appreciate much you're invite.

I have no one who wants an invite either. Why do people like Myspace, anyways? NuTang is way better.

I understand the feeling
I have asked my friends to join Nutang and all of them are too lazy to blog. Or they will try for a lil while and then leave to xanga, myspace etc...We have something special here, and it's so hard for ppl to see tat! :p
