Yes, the title says it all. I'm thinking of glamming up. "The Silver-dot- site: Glamed"

So, there is a scrolling text thing. It's blue and glittery and says 'silver.' It scrolls from the left to right. Think I should put it up?

Also, I went and got myself a countdown, but when I put it in a module, it didn't show up...the module sat there EMPTY. Though I was using it as a countdown until school started so now it's pointless. Hmm, maybe I should make up another countdown...

After taking a good look at the finished product, something occurred to me: Is it too girly? I feel like I should tone it down...How do I change the background to black or grey or something?

I told you, I have no clue how to go about layouts...I gave a HOLLER to the-muffin-man, but just it case you missed it:

If you want to really glam up your site, try thinking of a custom-template. They're really fun to make...and aren't really aren't that hard, even if you have no idea what your'e doing :) Fiddle around with pre-made templates by changing some of the images and colors to match your theme. If you need any help just holler.

GAH! GLITTER! MY EYES!!
Nothing ruins a site quite like those flashy "glitter" things. I got sick of them over at MySpace, so I just naturally shutter in disgust when I see them. No offense, or anything.

a black background with light blue, pink, and lighter greens are always fun. If you have an image or color set in mind, I could whip one up for ya! just comment or send me a note if you're interested!

I also encourage you to use the UBT template builder to mess around with and learn CSS for yourself, if you want. It's fun to make a layout that looks good that you made YOURSELF. It always makes me proud of myself. =)
