Today, behind my beck was so painful, like it hardly move... and it affect my head, so i decided to go to the near by physciologist for some neck stretches. I know renaye ill go see the e gate doctor soon... just need to collect money... (have to pay w my own money ler).

As expected after 2 months, my right shoulder stiff again, and the physciologist was laughing saying oh, ur right shoulder again.. i said yeah... the problem is that i have a way too good sleeping posture that causes this pain... mostly because of the sleep that i get the pain... well why i said having TOO GOOD SLEEPING POSTURE was:-

i sleep like a dead ... yup, u see it right, i sleep like a dead body.. i dont move when im asleep except, if i changed bed, or im not feeling well or other ppl sleeping next to me and kicking me.. lol

SO a slight mistake or different posture i sleep (a bit side to the right or left) ill suffer the neckache... sigh... I told my physciologist and she was laughing... @@''

and as usual she put the machine on my back and massage massage, then ultrasound then HAND MASSAGE to click crack my neck bone. After the session, my whole neck loosen up... i feel so much better

And she taught me some simple office excersice for my neck ~ recommend to do it daily and b4 bed time (erm must be my too good sleeping posture)

Recently Jdrama addiction hit me again, lol got addicted watching jdrama, took me less than 2 days to finish watching Seigi No Mikata.

This story is about tales of 2 sisters, where the younger sister being treated badly by her elder sister that often she called her elder sister Akuma .

Attention Spoilet alert~~~~~!!!!!!

Here elder sister Nakata Makiko by Yamada Yu play a role as an bully, and very straightforward, she is a very talented officer in the government department, and often finish her job right on time. once clock hit 6pm, she will excuse herself despite other colleagues r working overtime. Her straigtfoward behaviour bring happiness to everyone around her. Often she is refer as Ally of Justice. (u will know why if u watch the drama :D)

And her younger sister Nakata Yoko by Shida Mirai often being the main target by her akuma(devilish) sister . For example, she will have to make bento, laundry, cook, even help her sister to tackle bf. @@'' . Yoko was often bullied by her sister but deep in her heart she love her sister, there was a part in the drama that is very touching when she stand up for her normally Devilish sister.

The story line was Yoko trying to make her sister to get marry and enjoy the freedom, so the drama is about how Yoko help her sister to get the bf, and deceived the bf into marrying her sister. After their marriage more up roar happen. Makiko vs Mother In Law. which is funny to watch .

and soon, Makiko's Husband - Yoshikawa Naoki by Mukai Osamu discover the true nature of Makiko... what happen between them... erm u need to watch to know the story :P

Yesterday was a total mix feeling of sadness (long stories) and happiness. The morning, after knowing the news, I nearly burst into tears, but I try not to since I have to work in the morning. Once the sun up on the sky, shinning us with bright lights and aggressive heat, I received a package all the way from United Kingdom.

Once I saw “Mail Bag” I know immediately it is a book that I been waiting for months “Cry myself to sleep” by Joe Peters (since Malaysia not available yet – maybe only my state), and I know who the sender too, who else if is not the Author himself who is kind enough to send me the book with the signature too. Now his second book had become my rarest collection in my bookshelf, besides LJS’s books.

My 1st encounter of this author was simply the title “Cry Silent Tears” and the book cover. Once I read through the 1st chapter in the bookstore, immediately I grab the book and pay at the counter which cost me RM77.90 (because it was a hardcover book). No regret buying it, because it is an eye opening to the world I never thought it will actually happened. An eye opening and new knowledge of what pedophile mean and is.

The second book "Cry Myself to Sleep" will talked about his survival when he runaway from the hell he been living in for years. And I can’t make any book review yet because I’m yet to finish the book although I already finished till chapter 12 in one day~. Haha

What do u do when u r a chocolate addict and have plenty of dark chocolate at home as well as banana at home? "Grin", for me ill look up on the internet for the recipe, simple and easy recipe that did not require oven or any tools, (because my mum wont let me touch her oven, i need to ask permission and such and sort of fill in form)

And i recall a manga that i read, this main character was so fond on chocolate banana, and often chocolate banana save his life @@'' and off me go to search for the method of making it... ermm within split seconds, lots of recipe related and non-related were all listed down... haha i was drooling while browsing through @@''

You Need
Banana
Chocolate
Peanut
Freezer

1. Freeze the banana in the freezer until it harden (but for me i just freeze for 30 min cause i lazy to wait)
* cut the banana into small portion or u can just have the whole banana. *remember to use foil or baking paper at the base so it wont stick on the plate*

2. melt the chocolate ( i use 80% dark chocolate) and i add in a bit of butter
- u can use microwave to melt it (stir every 30 second for 2 min or until it melt)
- double boiling method ( a saucepan and a bowl ) put the bowl on top of the hot water and stir the chocolate *Remember dont let the water get into the chocolate bowl.. or it will turn into chocolate drink*

3. bring the banana and coat it with the melted chocolate, if the banana is cold enough, the chocolate will immediately harden. So b4 it harden, sprinkle some chop nuts (for my case i use peanut) .

4. Well thats all, keep in the freezer again for an hour b4 you have a bite. :D
