Dear Diary,

Yesterday, i in charged of the dinner, and this is what i cooked.

Ingredients:
1: 4 drumstick (since I only have 4 of it)
2: 2 1/2 tablespoon of Dark Soy Sauce
3: 1 teaspoon of Sugar
4: a pinch of salt
5: 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Method:
1. de-skin the drumstick and cut a few lines on the meat to marinate.
2. marinate the drumsticks with dark soy sauce and sugar, it for an hour or more.. the longer u marinate the better it taste :P.
3. heat the olive oil and on low fire, put in the drumsticks.
4. sprinkle some salt, sugar and dark soy sauce on the drumsticks. Covered the drumstick to cook. [remember low fire, you doesn�t want your drumstick to burn]
5. turned the drumsticks every 5-10 min. you can sprinkle some sugar while doing so if you think is not sweet enough.
6. Once cooked. served it with rice...

I love this recipe, imagine my dog (Lucky) steal my drumstick when I walked to the kitchen to do something. (yes I eat in front of my TV at the low table) hahaha

Dear Diary,

Recently im been watching drama from TVB ... and it is a historical drama... the 1st ruler of Han Dynasty.. or the down fall of Qin Dynasty.... woah... Liu Bang, Xiang Yu and so on...

so instead of watching the movie... i have my laptop infront of me... so as the story move... my hand move as well... wahahah.... they talk about someone... and i start my google search... surprisingly... lots of information available... and suprisingly im been continue doing this for many days.. just imagine... china's history... long long long... hahahah but i enjoy reading it .. because it is just like a story book to me... wahhahaha

well... as a Chinese... at least.. i should know abit of China history .... am i right? am i? am i? lol correct me if im wrong... wahahha

you must be thinking...oh gosh.. J turned insane.. wahhaha... yeah yeah.. not many people like history... but im exceptional... wahahha.... i show interest at history class... (yeah i admit im weird) wahhaha...

If u come to know me... u gonna be surprise... because i love weird stuff... wahha i love tiger... (lol) oops out of topic... ...

well well... From the readings.... Han Dynasty lasted for 400 years and ruined at the hand of Cao Cao (correct me if im wrong so i can correct the internet source) wahhaha

and Empress Lu is cruel.... she actually torture Concubine Qi and killed her son... huh... power really kills... (woah i should write a poem about this.... over crazy about power.... wahah)

okay okay i better stop... because im been laughing to much for now... Ciao... ah my exam is coming soon... too bad not on the Han Dynasty topic... lol

Dear Diary,

Once upon a time, my folks used to tell me, wake up early and u will feel real fresh b4 u headed out for work, school, or other things instead of sleeping till the sun up high in the air...

however, after i started working for like 2 weeks and 1 day... the myth had shows the truth, it no longer the beautiful air that u breath in every morning, no longer the chilling feeling, no longer fresh, clean that make u more energetic.. in fact.. today.. the air quality is getting horrible...

Like i went to work at 615am... (few years ago, when i was still at Penang) the morning air was still so chilling, so cold, so clean and fresh... when i breath in... is like giving me this new energy that keep me awake for the whole day... but now what hapen (when im in kl) the air quality is so bad, (extremely bad) with all the poisonous gas from cars and worse from the heavy vehicle... (they uses diesel) so imagine what happen to the air that i wanted to breath in every morning... it became a legend now...

Talk about the poisonous gas, i seriously dont understand, they dont do maintainance for their buses or lorries? And some cars dont be bothered as well. If we have this kinda attitude of dont be bother, what will happen in the future? What will happen to your future babies that needed to carry oxygen tank everywhere they go in order to have better quality air to breath, to survive?

Sometimes, is not the problem of the vehicles, is the ppl's attitude of treating a matter in hand, take advantange over the beautiful mother nature.. besides attitude the greed a ppl hold also contribute to the disaster that we will face soon.. destroying the mother nature, exploit what the mother nature gave and dont have the intention of returning... thats "sick"

i dont know maybe u think im insane but imagine what if Mother Earth (Gaia) is born to earth (i mean it sound funny) what will the 1st thing she will think of? Dissapointment? Frustration? or Anger? who knows she might just say, okay time off, im going to "reset" the Earth setting.... (so comes the nature revenge whipping out us - human from staying)

besides, after years and years of war, (fighting own species - which is a shame to mother earth) the accumulated effect had taken place now, - [seriously i dont mind human suffer since they r the cause of the problem] but plz u r hurting the animals that i love... pity the polar bear and the penguin....

err. i flow to far away from my original thought again, im just wandering do u guys feel the effect of breathing in polluted air at the morning... ( i hardly wind down the window to breath in the clean air... is just too yucky to do so.. hence i choke myself in the car with the window shut and the aircon off.. because i just dont use aircon in the morning....

plz bring ur vehicles, ur heavy vehicles to service... cause u r polluting the air.... [ well although here we have so called "public transport" due to certain reason is not perfect.... and instead taking one may make me feel quilty of supporting them to pollute the air..... ] well one day if im not driving... im going to take a pic to prove what i say - taking public transport is like encouraging them to pollute more...

anyway, of course those lrt and those electronic public transport r way better than "those" but still is not widely distributed.

Hence,

Kami-sama Tasukete!!!!! I need clean air.

Dear Diary,

Been years i never bake this cake, this is the 1st cake attempt by me and renaye, it tasted so good, that sometimes i told ppl my Chocolate Banana Cake is much better than Secret Recipe~

Remembering renaye came to my house, destroying and bombing my house kitchen to make this cake into a successful masterpiece, and yes indeed it turned out to be my favourite cake of centuries haha....

too bad, it was old day, so i do not have nice photos taken, only a dark patch of cake if u really wanted to see... (by the time, photography never come into mi mind)...... anyway today i decided to type it out... since i discovered my old recipe book~ that i had written on... :D

Ingredients:
1~250gm self raising flour (sifted)
2~1/4 tsp salt
3~1/4 tsp bicarbonate soda
4~100gm bitter chocolate roughly chopped
5~300gm banana
6~1 tbsp of lemon juice
7~125gm of butter
8~100gm castor sugar
9~2 large eggs

Topping:~
1~75gm of cooking chocolate
2~1tbsp of softened buter
3~2tbsp of Whipping or double cream (dont put too much, or ur chocolate will turned hard which is impossible to top on the cake)

Method:
Preheat the oven 1st~ at 170Celcius

1~Sift the flour, salt, bicarbonate of soda together twice (the more you sifted he flour, the texture will be better). Stir in the roughly chopped chocolate & set aside.

2~ Mash the bananas n add in the lemon juice (lemon juice prevent the banana turned black~)

3~ Butter and Sugar in creaming method until fluffy. Add in eggs one at a time (yes one at a time, if you add it too much at a time, the mixture will turned moist and hard to rebeat till fluffy.

4~Fold in the banans, and followed by the flour and chocolate

5~Greased the cake pan with butter and spoon in the cake mixture.

6~Bake the cake for 40-50minutes or until risen at 170Celcius.

7~Leave the cake in tin for 5 minutes to cool and later turned it on the wire tray.

To make the topping
1~ Roughly chopped the cooking chocolate and doule boiled it (a bowl with simmering water at the bottom. Stir the chocolate occasionally.

2~Once melted, set aside for 10 minutes before adding in butter and cream

3~If the topping get too stif, stir in a tiny bit of milk.... and you will get spreadable glossy chocolate topping.

Ps: i forgotten where do renaye get this recipe, but i really love it so much, and i reduced the sugar fom 150gm to 100gm... since my taste bud is different from others :D i cant tolerate sweet stuff well @@''
