Years ago, i enrolled in a noob Japanese class in my ex Uni, and it really brings back the memories of the classes each thursday.

My classmate refused to join me, because they think is stupid, so who cares about them, so i joined and met new friends, the sensei is a nice man, and today he still is, although he hardly remember who am i, although every year ill sent happy teacher's day and happy chinese new year SMS to him.

Anyway, today I wanted to share Day (nichi) of the month(getsu) in Japanese (nihongo) because i remembered my sensei challeged us in the class and no one can answered, so i told him, next week, I will able to answer it all... muahaha which i did. ~

Since i cant type hiragana here (nutang dont support it) ill just have romanji type

At my previous post of stating my happiness of receiving the second book �Cry Myself to Sleep� from Joe Peters had finally finished reading in 2 days. (I know I�m abit crazy).

Cry Myself to Sleep by Joe Peters, is another book followed by his first book Cry Silent Tears about his abusing childhood by a person that meant to be protecting him instead of hurting him. After years of abusive mother and her boyfriend as well as Uncle Douglas (Paedophile Ringleader), at the last page of Cry Silent Tears he managed to flee from these evils. At last he get to taste the freedom he been dreaming off. Which the stories continue in the second book ~ Cry Myself to Sleep.

The stories continue as a life journey Joe Peters when through, of how he survived and become a remarkable man that we the readers respect now. The purpose of this book had become an eye opener to the world of how he survived and suppress his darkest secret to become a better man that we the readers know off. The book also had acted as a medium to show how disturbance an abused child went through and to overcome it is not a day or two. It is relatively important to have the society to have their eyes open to their surrounding, and lent their helping hands when they senses domestic violent in present of their surroundings. [The case of Baby P should not happen if people were aware of it]

It was funny to see how Joe emphasizes on the word �abode� which now I learned a new vocab. Besides, while reading the book, the story flows in front of me as if it is happening now, which make my eyes grow wider with each sentence printed on the book. My heart pounded so fast when the story was at highest pitch and never seems to able to let it go. One thing about Joe writing style was, I never seem to let the book go away, I just wanted to know what happen next, and keep questioning while I reading it words by words, sentence by sentence. (This can explain why I finished the book in 2 days upon receiving it).

The story flow nicely stages by stages of what had been went through around the years of escaping from his past, it bring you from A to Z, stages by stages which each stages seen a new grown up man, although sometimes he did something silly to jeopardize what he had been planning to achieve.

This second book of his impact me a lot in the way I look at things, it make me wanted to help those abused children so they can have a better life. And again the book had make me realize that what paedophile is, how a domestic violence can took away a child�s innocent and how bad it affect their life in the future(commit suicide, drugs, future abuser, criminal and etc). Not everyone was fortunate enough as Joe; some abused child may become the abuser themselves in the later year which the cycle continues. Only if someone able to stop the cycle, which when the problems can be solve.

This book is worth reading, because it taught you something a text book or news won�t teach you. It is an eye opener to the real world where sometimes the media try to hide it. But again of course don�t start reading the second book before you have your hand on the first book in which it will help you to understand the situation better before judging him in the second book. And this book is suitable for everyone except those with weak stomach.

The condition in Penang getting worse each day, the sky now is fully covered with haze... all thanks to those that "Hold a Opening Burning Party " every year and when it lost control, it just let it burn~ and pollute the Earth.

Today the air is so smelly, i cant even have a clean air to breathe in... GOSH! anyway this picture taken few days ago at the seaside, i can't get a clean shot because the sky is hazy.

Morning sun rise--

Tiggy sent me a link of a flash file, and the video is really touching, it portrait 2 people who separated by a glass, and they only able to communicate by writing or drawing..

they can't touch, can't talk to each other~ which make me think that is sort of like the virtual world we been living in. i assumed lots of ppl here do have a lot of virtual friends from all around the world, but it seems that the chances to meet them are so low. which this was shown in the video.

but of course in reality too a lot of ppl managed to meet their virtual friends, and some too marry to their virtual lover ~~ (sounds like fairy tales :P) but sacrifies have to happen in order to make it a sucess.. such as marrying your virtual lover which might causes you to move to elsewhere (cross country marriage) ... and such...

i think this video represented it well..... unreachable love/ or to sacrify for your love....

P.s: this is just my personal opinion tho... but hope u enjoy the video :D

Tips to learn Japanese from my opinion ~ lol no scientific proven tho. Master both Hiragana and Katakana first before you get your hand on Japanese, because it will be easier for the later parts. I used to learn romanji first so the tendency for me to look at the words are often romanji, is so hard to switch my brain to look at it as hiragana/katakana. Which slower down my reading skill.

Learn some simple kanji, pick along the way you learn, some of the link provided, come with kana, kanji, romanji, and translation, so it often helps to learn abit :D

You can choose what to learn too, like you can change the flash card for hiragana only, or katakana only, or by level kanji… remember start with level 4….

Mostly it concentrate on the test itself (I think) and you can do the quiz too, by identifying the kanji with the correct meaning, often it is tough for those who do not know kanji. (Often I think that those that know Mandarin have the advantage, because you don’t have to memorize the kanji as in the meaning, only to know how it is read in Nihongo)

JLPT Level 4 Vocabulary List, you can click on to level 3, level 2, but stick with level 4 because is the beginner level. :D

It have a lot of vocabulary with meaning, is a list, you can learned from it, or print it out and stick at your bed side to learn.
