Dear Diary,

Now is a busy busy busy busy busy busy busy season, since "Cheng Beng" is around the corner, hence the order double or tripple the normal days... make me go @@"', i have 3 things to blog on... yet i dont have time to think and take pictures.. so have to postpone and replaced it w Busy Busy Busy.... :D

Yup Earth Hour is officially over here~~, do i switch off the light? yeah i did, since i love Gaia.... :D. So what did i do in the total darkness?

1. yeah i watched tv for the 1st 30minutes, since i dont want to miss watching Oprah talking about obesity and operation @@'' (at least i'm honest to myself lol... )

2. over looking Vistana Hotel that is opposite my house... no they dont switch off all the lights, but they do dim down most of it and switch off the street lights around Vistana.

3. listened to the songs of nature -rain drops accompanied by thunder and lightning effect ... .

4. Play w my dogs... lol

Seems like only my house have the light turned off during Earth Hour.. haha, some people are just not aware of it or ..... well IDK... at least i do my part

Dear Diary,

As mentioned at the last previous post, i reduced the sugar measurement, and it turned out Oishii...

Anyway, i double the ingridient since im making double quantity... hence :

250g butter or unsalted margerin (butter is the best)
3/4 cup sugar (u can add more if you like as sweet as my maid)
4 cup self raising flour, sifted
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
4 orange skin peel and chop
1/2 of fresh orange juice
1/2 lemon skin peel and chop
1/5 of fresh lemon juice
2 eggs

1. Creaming method
2. add in orange juice + lemon juice + orange skin + lemon skin to the mixture
3. add in self raising flour
4. heat oven 180c and bake for 10min-15min or until the cookies turned golden brown

P.s: Creaming method - add in butter and sugar, beat until fluffly and pale, then add in eggs

Dear Diary,
Im drop dead sleepy now...zzzzzzzzz hahaa while typing this blog.. im half awake as well as chatting w renaye .. why am i so sleepy???? i slept at 4am because of one person selfishness....................... always take me n my friend advantage of being a nice person... too good to be true.... duh......

so i spend my whole nite figuring out how to do MULTIPLE REGRESSION ANALYSIS, COEFFICIENT, ANOVA and so on.... then later have to check the selfish friend's work of COPY AND PASTE... after spending days and nites of doing all the works.. tada.. my supervisor said i had make a mistake.... please redo.. HOLY COW.. i been redoing the same things for many times...and still error... and ... ah.. dont feel like mentioning......

later after meeting my supervisor around 10.. i headed home.. and have my food (source of energy) and doze of to bed.....zzzzzzzz..

around 1pm (by the way i just took 15min nap) i went out w my friend (since we been planning and postponing)... and tada... we reach Midvalley by 2pm... just imagine... i went out at 1pm and reach there by 2pm.. and the usual journey only took less than half an hour... the reasonssssss were....
1st accident near my area
2nd traffic jam at the traffic light
3rd traffic jam at the junction (short cut)
4th stupid bank have no $$ for me to draw
5th i have to go to another bank just to draw $$
6th round round round... the parking lot... till i haywired only i able to get the most strategic location... hahaha (hello the parking lot was fully occupied.. well they do have space far far away and we need to walk and also construction was operating.. is unsafe there...)

reach there.. grab smth to eat... fruits wrap w sugar... i dont know what is it la.. just eat... dont bother as long as not poisonous.. and it cost me RM3.50 expensive... hahahaha

then walked up to the ground floor.. tada... lots of ppl were kaypoing (busy body) at the stage or so... oh.... fashion show... only manage to take few pics... and mostly is blur.... sorry... so i only put 1...

and walked here and there... so took some pics of Mid Valley CNY theme.. ( not really nice)

and we plan to wait for a drum show.. but standing there for 10min+++ decided to go and get some ice creams... yummy yummy...
