Dear Diary,

The other day i helped my mum in making colourful lycee agar-agar, i was bugging her, because my aunt taught her the method to make the agar-agar have unequal distribution of colours, it make it look nice ~ haha and we added some cans lychee to add fav to it :D

I dont have the ingridient because mostly we just followed the instruction from the agar-agar powder packaging.

Method:
Cooked half of the agar agar powder in a separate pan, and depends on individual, if you wanted to have lots of colors, then you needed to prepare lots of bowl.

in each bowl, add in a little bit of food colour and after the agar-agar is ready, pour it into the bowl with colours and mix well, chilled until harden.

Once it is harden, cut the agar-agar (different color) and simply put it on the main agar-agar mold.

now cook another half of the agar agar powder, and pour it ontop of th colourful harden agar-agar, cool and chilled.

You will have this beautiful effect~

huh? don't it sound very funny?
what is it going to do with God? So what..... just imagine 15 years working at
Wal-Mart and without promotion? Holy cow... and if you do further reading they
actually give a blank promise.. and besides that they also promote inexperience
male as compared to women

Wal-Mart is discriminating the
women, they received less than 40% from the male... and when the women fight for
their right.. this is what they answer

ha-ha.. that's is the funniest
statement I ever came through after reading untraceable information about
Wal-Mart... come on today the world change... and we are equally important in
supporting the family. The trend now is Double income family and Wal-Mart just
gave such a silly defending excuse... (shame on them) besides that, pity those
single mum... I wonder what will they felt after reading this statement...

that's is so unethical..........
if they delete the times means the employees do not able to claim for their
extra hours hard work... (ah... so unethical practice.... labor exploitation,
human rights.... )

 

Besides all this , lots of
information you can get from the net.. so I'm going to let you search for your
self.. but maybe .. if my mood is good.. and I have NBTD and want to cari pasal
(look for trouble) then ill do some reading on Wal-Mart again.... besides
Wal-Mart there are other organization that practicing unethical business
strategy... they even use child labor.. such as what happen in NIKE.... and what

on Santa Workshop.. they are against the human rights.. and besides that they
use "monetary form" to reward their employees to "cheat" the authorities that
came for investigation. 

P.S: Although there are not Wal-Mart rooting at my country but im aware of the things happening involving Wal-Mart because the text books that i'm using were imported from oversea...

of course please correct me if the Wal-Mart incident had solve... and do correct me if there is something wrong with my opinion and information search... i writting this blog is because tomorrow my exam involved Wal-Mart case study.. so by writting it as a blog.. it help me to remember and familiarize with Wal-Mart cases.

Besides that, i would like to say sorry to those that felt offended after reading this blog because it doesnt mean to attack any parties.. i just wanted to share and at the same time enhance my learning.. is a mutually exclusive manner....

Of course here i would like to take the opportunity to thank my Business Ethics' sir (his name will remain anonymous since i do not get his permission to reviews his name here... *human rights* wahha) for creating my interest towards ethical business... lol * believe it or not b4 that i think bribery is acceptable *


Well if you wish to enhance your knowledge or just busy body in getting hold of Wal-Mart (selfishness) you can just search for it... you know Google is powerful to get information... (lol this is what my sir always said)

Dear My Prince Charming a.k.a My Soulmate, My Guardians, and My Loyal Readers,

Last 2 week, i watched "Supernatural - The bencher" the story is about a family they kidnapped the human and put them into jail, and later set them free, and hunt them for fun, i was like - oh gosh what is going on with this world?

as usual, 2 main characters were there to investigate the incident, and the younger brother SAM was actually kidnapped by the bencher and put in the jail, so in order to save SAM, Dean was there to rescue.

So on the shows, about the ending, Dean said, It is much more easier to deal with Demon than Human - well the msg sound like that, when i think about it, i think well, i do agreed with him, i mean or my FSIL mean , Human hunt because of fun, and Demon hunt because of food.

Recently, i was expose to this online game, and i try it out despite im having my exam now, ["sigh" - will do a blog about exam later] so i went online, sign up the server, and join the fun. the game concept is like RPG game, but instead u r playing w players from all around the world.

So what make i use the Supernatural example was that, in the game, the players can killed each other, i mean hello? whats wrong with you guys killing the players? we do nothing wrong and i was there leveling up my character and i get killed for no reason? not only once, but many times until i lost count... that pissed me off, not because my character went to heaven, it was like Oh gosh... they cant kill real human in the world and they start killing at the Virtual world?

Just imagine, what happen if the government around the world lift the banned of killing... i think within an hour, lots of blood rush.... sigh...

Oh course, despite all the "Bad human" there are some good too, they willing to help you for the sake of helping you, but 1 out of 100000. but for the bad player is like 1 out of 10, so just imagine.

and besides that, my friend was piss again, he piss because i used the word "YEAH YEAH" and he said is sarcasm, sigh.... and he said dont msg him never... OH GOSH, what should i do, we do argued many times but holy crap... i also dontknow what to do...

In conclusion, it is so difficult to deal with Human than other creature.... (well thats my perception...)

Dear Diary,

This one particular thing bring back my memories, few years ago, i went to do part time primary school teacher ~ and the students some r monsters some r so cute to be true...

one particular class, i provide a stack of paper and asked them to draw and be creative over whatever they want.... and the drew lots of different things and until today i still keep it :D ill take a pic on day :P

but i keep something v meaningful at my pencil box... and recently i saw it once again... so i decided to blog about it :D
