Maximum cheese blog, you were warned.

I've heard people say that it is the most comfortable feeling in the world to be held by the person you love, being silent and just watching the other person breathe.

But because I am a nursing major, I feel that there's so much more to observe other than seeing them breathe. I wouldn't just watch their chest rise and fall, I would watch their jugular vein pulsate, and their apical pulse beating. I would be intrigued if I could see their aortic pulse as well. I would probably for fun, feel each of their pulse sites. All of these things, I feel would be relaxing to do, and not to mention interesting.

My future husband is going to be assessed by me all the time, just because I find the body's normal functions so intriguing.
