What?!
Thursday, September 14, 2006
Well, apparently nothing special happened. It was just a meeting he went to where they reinstilled information they already knew. I lost four hours of sleep for that?!
Oh well. Can't do anything about it now. I did happen to catch Project Runway's latest episode on repeat though at 1:00 am. I missed the first 20 mins or so, but I got to see the designs each of the contestants made, so I was happy. I was a little confused though, Vincent and Angela were back on the show; I thought they'd been eliminated? Guess thats why you shouldn't miss the first twenty minutes..It's scheduled to come on again at 1 pm, so I'll watch it then and see what I missed.
Ed wants me to have a job before he leaves. Um, I may have one a little after he leaves, but in the next week, all I can do is apply at a few different places. I still haven't asked my parents about visiting him next weekend. I really want to, moreso than I did when he first brought it up. I should have a chance sometime tomorrow, so I'll try then. Pray that I can go! I know he's really depressed, and not very happy over there right now, and I'd love to change that even if it is only for the weekend.
I finally heard from Esther. She's going to Chile! It sounds like she's still really happy, and excited about going to another country. Pray for her, she's also going to be without her translator. She's learned a ton of Spanish now she's been in Argentina for a few months, but still. I'm really excited for her too. I don't think I have anything else I want to write about right now, so this post ends here.

Yay, Yay, Yay, YAY!
Friday, September 15, 2006
I talked to my mom this morning. I might actually get to go to Texas!!! *sings* I'm going to TX, I'm going to TX, I'm going to TX!*end*
I still need the details though, like the plane ticket! How much it costs if I have to help pay for the ticket, a ride to and from the airport, etc. But still. I'll get to see my fiance in TX next weekend! Yay!
I really couldn't be much happier. We went to Publix this morning while we were running around, and I stopped in the bakery departement to look at wedding cakes, just for fun. (Well, fun and for some ideas..) I found two that I just love!

1st One: http://i30.photobucket.com/albums/c311/lwelizabeth/wed_honeyhubbybear_lg.jpg

2nd One: http://i30.photobucket.com/albums/c311/lwelizabeth/wed_romance_lg.jpg

I think the first one would be really special though, since throughout our relationship we've almost always given the other a teddy bear for different occasions. The other one is really pretty though, and would serve more guests. We plan on a small wedding though, so that might not be a real big problem.

Anyone have an account on WhuddleWorld.com? I do (Lwelizabeth); it's a really addictive website even if it is kinda small and just starting. Anyways, check it out. You have like your own little character that you take shopping to buy clothes and food for, and...well, check it out, I dunno how to explain it. It's really fun though, trust me!

That's all I've got to say for now. *sings*Going to TX, Going to TX, Going to TX....

What the Heck?
Monday, September 18, 2006
So, I'm trying to get ahead in my schoolwork so I don't fall behind while I'm off in Texas this weekend, and I can't find the quiz that's supposedly available on the site to complete it! Grr. I think I may email her tomorrow morning if I'm still unable to find where it's posted at.
I cannot wait until this weekend, people. I can't even sleep I'm too excited and nervous all at once. Sigh. Four and a half days until I get to see my fiance again! It doesn't seem really real yet for some reason. I think it'll finally feel totally real once I have a suitcase to pack my stuff in on Friday. And when I go shopping for bridal magazines on Friday. I talked to him yesterday, and he said they'd let me carry a CD-Player on board, but I can't listen to it...uh, that's kinda the point in bringing it onboard, so I don't have to pay to listen to music on the plane that I already own. It's not like I have much money in the first place, but whatever. His dad stopped by and gave me some money to use on the plane and a hotel if I should need it. (My fiance lives on a mil. base and it may or may not be allowable to have me stay with him on Sunday night..) It's technically Edward's money, since he's going to pay his dad back.
Have you ever seen Sleepy Hollow? If you're into horror movies, go see it. If not, DON'T WATCH IT. Seriously. I love Johnny Depp, and I've always kinda wanted to see this movie. Well, it was on TNT yesterday afternoon, and I watched about 10-15 minutes of it before I was jumping up and squirming because of what happened on-screen. I tuned in about half-way through the movie too, so I don't know what happened before the parts I saw, but I told my fiance (who's seen the movie) that I'll watch with him so he can tell me when to shield my eyes. Ehh. It's a creepy movie from what I can tell.
I've made a list of some possible songs to play at our wedding. There's two definites on there, and then the rest may or may not be played. Our weddings not for another year or so, so there's plenty of time to decide on a final song list right? I think my aunt may end up singing at our wedding. I didn't even know she sang, but apparently she sang at my parents wedding! Some of the songs though, including one of the definites, are made for a guy to sing. (My Girl is definitely for a guy to sing, not a girl...)
I think I may have found thee perfect ceremony and reception site. (http://www.cypressgrovepark.com). I requested more information about the weddings they hold there, and I'm going to visit the place sometime in the next few months hopefully.

Army Wives TONIGHT.
Sunday, June 3, 2007
"Life as an Army spouse is never dull, especially for the four women and one man who are the center of this dramatic series. Visit the website to learn more about the cast, episodes and more." It premieres tonight at 10 PM EST. WATCH IT!!

I watched this online the other night, and I thought it was a pretty good show. Not totally accurate, maybe. (I wouldn't totally know for sure though as I'm not yet married...) But no show is 100% factual no matter the subject. Oh, and DREW FULLER is in it. I haven't seen him since Charmed. OMG. I freaked, I love him...he is gorgeous!! Don't worry, I still love you too babe. .

I Still Love It Here
Saturday, October 13, 2007
Wow. So I totally haven't written a new blog here on Nutang in quite some time. I think now is a great time to do so. What did I write in my last blog? I talked mainly about New Student Orientation and moving into my new room here at school...
Well, it's now halfway into the semester, and their is a lot more homework than I ever could have imagined! I love the classes, and the work is manageable, it's just a lot of [mostly] reading. My classes are as follows: Freshman Comp I, Old Testament Law & History on Weds. and Fri. I have World Missions & Religions, and Intro to Public Speaking on Tues. and Thurs. We don't have any classes on Mondays, which is awesome. Every weekend is a 3-Day weekend for us! Last night was our schools first pep rally from 10-12. It was so much fun! I got my whole face painted and even had the oportunity to play a tiny bit of basketball towards the end of the night. I love playing basketball, so I was really happy I got to play even if it was only for 20 mins or so. And my friends who also went had a hard time recognizing me with all of my face paint on! Cliff also got up a rapped during half-time, and he's actually pretty good. Who knew a white girl from Kissimmee would go from liking country-western to Christian rap and Hip-Hop?

Anyways, it's time for bed right now, but I promise I will post more soon! And I will definitely do my best at keeping this blog better updated for my readers. Also, for anyone who doesn't know what school I'm going to, it's Trinity College of Florida in New Port Richey, FL.
