work was busylicious today, but not bad.
my spinner ring broke :(
and i cant find my yin yan necklace :( :(
i feel out of whack.
i at least want to replace the necklace. i have a couple rings i can replace the spinner with.
ill find a good replacement in time.
its the one i wear on my left hand if anyone wants to find me a REALLY good replacement ;)

thats it...chris picked me up from work then we went to get him an application to the theatre...
got some taco bell for dinner...
david took some pictures for me...i think they turned out well...we'll see soon enough...

so that's that.
im really tired and my eyes are burning...this may be a short computer night..

Today's shoot went really well I think. I'll find out for sure when I pick up a few of the rolls tomorrow. I can't afford all 8 (yes...8) so I'll have to pick and choose. Chris helped me finish up my last roll by gettin all rockstar for me. Heh. Hot.

After 4 hours of shooting I was expected to be at the mall for a 3 hour meeting where I'd learn how to sell the new Very Sexy makeup line. Now, I'm not really a girly girl, although in the last couple years I've gotten slightly more so in some aspects than I used to be. It takes me a long time to do my makeup on the special ocassion that I actually wear it, because if I'm going to do it, it might as well be worth it. I do admit though that I have my girly moments, and I like to get creative! I really like some of the colours we have. I'm a big eye makeup fan (because I happen to think thats the only part of me worth looking at) but we got free lipgloss and lipstick, so I actually got some new colours. I don't really know why that all took 3 hours, but whatever. Free is good, and it's pretty nice stuff.

So afterbeing around hot model, then staring at pictures of models in hot makeup...Jenn feels rather ugly and fat...but oh well. At least someone thinks I'm beautiful (or at least told me so once upon a time).

On that note...I'm gonna go relax!

Today was apparently baby day at the mall. All my sittings before 1pm were i nfants. Man, my back hurts. Our studio is awash in chaos at the moment. They started installing the new digital equipment last week, but until we get rid of the film printer it's been moved into a camera room we don't use...so now we have new equipment in one room and a second room full of old equipment plus boxes of stuff we either don't have room for yet or equipment we haven't has installed yet. I feel like I'm camping when I'm printing in there. We've had to be creative with making table space out of boxes. So thing's have been chaotic, but today I look up from the counter after a sitting, and Chris is waiting for me! He made his way over on his break to see me. My boss let me break a few minutes early so we could have lunch together. I really needed something like that today. It was really nice. :) I felt extremely loved.

In less exciting news...the model from my shoot last weekend hated the images I sent her. *sigh* I guess you can't win em all. I was pretty happy with most of em. Ya, they took a lot of work, and they could've been 10 times better if my lighting had been better...but still...I didn't think they were "terrible". Blah. What did you guys think?

i hate you because you're an inconsiderate bitch!

so we had that meet and greet thing today. lauren said she'd pick me up, but we also had to pick this girl out in bumblefuck nowhere. when lauren offered to take her, she was under the assumption that the information on her site was correct and she wasn't very far away. turns out she was over 100 miles away. youd think shed at least be considerate and decide not to go, but she insisted. she offered lauren gas money, so we agreed to still pick her up.

we get out there with little to no event, and it was actaully a nice drive with some pretty good conversation. ive now learned many secrets to making lauren laugh until she sobbs. hah. as soon as this girl walks out, the white trash-a-pallooza begins. first she cant figure out how to get in the truck. lauren has a 4-door extended cab. its not rocket science. once IN the truck, she never shuts up, and its all "me me me me me" talk designed to draw attention to herself. not once does she express any ounce of gratitude or consideration, even when we both point out that we have work tomorrow morning.

from there, because we're trying to get to new hope from ass lance nowhere, we get lost several times, making the total travel time from the moment lauren and i left lansdale 6 hours....and this bitch still has not shut up about herself or why men are stupid. she claims to be 22, but i could swear we picked up a 15 yr old somewhere.

FINALLY we make it to new hope and the party where she immediately manages to turn off one of the most highly regarded photographer at the party, if not in the immediate area. she also takes it upon herself to tell everyone she wasn't going to go but "they twisted my arm and dragged me here". LYING WHORE!!!

lastly...it's time to go. we're already leaving an hour and a half later than we'd planned, which puts lauren at home at 2am at the earliest. ( she was a doll and offered to bring me home first, even though itd add a bit to her travel time) we wait in the parking lot for OVER half an hour, and upon the opinions of a few others, decide to just leave. we call her twice, and even park in front of the place for a few to search for her. shes nowhere....so we leave.

yes, folks...we left her there. stranded in new hope. hopefully she's learned a good lesson on how to be a responsible adult. id say i felt bad if she hadnt been a bloody cunt the entire time she was in our presence.

that being said, the party itself was pretty nice. there was cake and networking. i met a few new people. finally got to meet jeff cohen and laurens friend "hot sara". i finally made it home, got some food, and in a few seconds....sleep...
