I am up so early today. I didn't get any sleep last night; I'm serious, I got like 2 hours of sleep last night My poor assistant got about 4. I got out of bed at around 8:30 AM and I have been working since I woke up. I blogged; this is my third blog today. I completed my Micheal Savage letter and mailed it out, return receipt requested (of course, my mama didn't raise no fool).

I read 20 pages of A Room of One's Own at 6 in the morning. My insomnia was caused by needing to take double prednisone, which is never a good idea. But now, I'm back on my regular meds (two separate allergy drugs prednisone and hydroxizine), which is much happier for my body.

Now, I think I'm off to bed for a brief nap. Hope I Sleep.

Yesterday, I went to bed very early for me. It was midnight exactly. I was determined to get up and go to my therapy appointment but at 10am (even after almost ten hours of sleep as I woke up very little which is also rare for me) I couldn't summon the energy to get out of bed. Tomorrow it's off to the doctor, and I don't even care if what they have to do to me hurts. I'm just going to sit there until they come up with something to make me feel better. I keep thinking I can beat this. That I can just decide to feel better, but it's not working so far. I'm so annoyed I could spit which my momma told me ladies don't do.

I slept a lot today. I didn't go to Scrabble, although I have that all arranged for next week. Demi will come in at 4pm next Monday. I posted a little bit, but not much. Two PCA's have issues and won't be in all week. I'm sorry that they are having all this trouble, but feeling lucky that someone can fill in.

I'm finally awake. I got a burst of energy when I found out my friend died. Ricki Landers was a fabulous fierce woman who I will always miss and I was just feeling happy that no one I knew had died in a few months. Now the adrenaline has worn off and I'm feeling sleepy again.

I'm up and it's early, but I can feel the sleepiness at the edge of my awakeness. And I'm just like "already?" I checked all my blogging sites already. I made about 50 cents and happily well crossed the 1,000 view goal here. I hope after some breakfast, I'll get some more energy. But I don't know.

I'm so tired I don't know what's going on. It's really frustrating. I haven't slept for two nights. I have something to do on Monday, but I think that's mostly handled. Although, one of my references is still missing. I'm going to take the bus to Amherst later on and drop off something at the printers. I was supposed to go this morning, but I was too tired to even contemplate it. Luckily, all I needed to do was drop something off. I'll pick it up tomorrow on the way back from Trader Joe's or maybe I'll pick it up on Sunday.

I"m basically exhausted and cranky. I'm trying not to take this out on the people I see or my cat who didn't do anything to me. I guess I'm also frustrated at certain people who I've tried to help but are not holding up their end of the agreement. I just realized that. I guess that's part of why I keep this journal. It helps me realize things that are happening in my life that I don't even know about.
