monday, january 17, 2005 event//Martin Luther King, Jr. Day yo. today in school was Diversity Day, a day where we had school (sorta) while everyone else had off. it was about learning to work with others, overcome prejudice, asian pride (wait, that's just me), etc. the small group stuff wasn't too bad 'cause the people in my group were funny, and we had a good time. in our big group thing, all we did was sit around and listen to people talk. boring. also, we had "mix it up at lunch" day! yeah! well, it was alright too. same groups as last time. Denise just annoyed Leo the whole time, which was good enough entertainment. also, Andrew Oury was there (Afghani!!! lmao) so it wasn't bad. in retrospect, i learned a lot about the issue of prejudice and MLK day. however, i would've perferred to spend the day at home (cynical bastard, i know). by the way, i'm updating the look for this site. might take a while (i.e. 1-2 years). i might move the whole site entirely, because for some reason the page loads at .000000001 kbps and then most people are too impatient to wait. dunno. i'll keep you posted. helljumper posted @ 4:03 pm Comment! well...it's Christmas 2004! who's happy? i am. didn't do that much today..played some XBC, wandered around my house, ate, and that's pretty much it. here's the computer parts i used for my present this year:

yeah, yeah. Christmas Eve. today i spent most of the day getting gifts/other crap for family, etc., and building my computer (with the help of my brother and David, who came over later for a party). full specs on it tomorrow/later...it's really good (because i've been waiting so long for it) but i saved quite a by building it myself. btw, it was my Christmas present. w00t...anyway, the party today was alright. spent most of the time sweating to make my computer work, only to find that i'm missing a power cable for the graphics card. wasted a lot of time. also, my uncle is coming to stay for a month. he lives in Canada (or has lived there for a few years). get something good for Christmas.

Thursday. 12.9.04 - 7:16 pm haven't been here in a long while, eh? well, i've been busy with a shitload of schoolwork and crap, Halo 2, of course (Xbox Connect, poor man's Xbox Live, my nick's wumonger), Halo 2 fanfiction, CS, tennis, and whole bunch of other crap. anyway, the holidays are coming soon! w00t! but too many people are going on vacation (bastards), so probably won't have that many parties. well, it'll be better than being in school, at least. new layout coming your way, sometime in the near future (i.e. in the next century).
