NuTROL v2.1...COOL!
Sunday. 8.10.03 9:38 pm

Now this nuTROL version 2.1 is way cooler, and so much more...uh...organized? I love the idea of the pictures of edited an entry, making a new entry, whatever. But it's cool.

Yesterday, I saw two movies: Seabiscuit and Spy Kids 3-D (so what! it sounded cool...I mean with the 3D glasses and all...). I liked Seabiscuit better, and the Spy Kids 3D thing...it was pretty cool, although your eyes hurt because you were looking through it for so long.

I left this computer on for about 1 hour and 30 minutes...because I had to do something, and I also wanted to watch Sex and the City on HBO.

Is there anything else to say...no. Bye!

Aaahhh...the Essence of Saturday...
Saturday, 8/9/03 - 10:41 am
I love Saturday and Sunday mornings...it just feels...peaceful, doesn't it?

Guess what? This is gross, but we're going to have to learn about sex. No really...that. Tiffany heard that from this girl named Jordan, who's two years older than her. BUT I DO NOT WANT TO LEARN ABOUT THAT!!! Is it necessary???

Nothing else to say...

Question of the Day: Did YOU have to learn about sex?

I Like This New Layout of Nutang!
Friday, 8/8/03 - 8:32 pm

Well, like I said in the weblog subject, I like the new layout of Nutang! Isn't it cool??

Sorry I didn't update yesterday...I didn't have any time. I was busy working on this project, and buying more stuff for school.

GUESS WHAT???? My homeroom teacher, Mrs. Woodard, is going to have a baby in February 2004. It's going to be her first child, so she's really excited. I'm really happy for her, but I just hope that she doesn't get lazy once she gets more pregnant.

Anyway...we did this art project and that used markers, with the colors that were red, blue, black, yellow. Oh, g2g!

More Science
Wednesday, 8/6/03 - 3:58 pm

[EDIT @ 6:52]
Okay, I guess I sorta broke my promise when I said "a few minutes". Sorry...I guess it was a few hours...lol. Sorry!!! Okay, well, Brandon and I talked on the phone, and Tiffany said she had to go right after Brandon and I started talking. But, we finished it, and then I printed it out, then I'll give it to Brandon tomorrow at Science.

Ummm...nothing much, but in math today, to study for our test tomorrow, we had an assignment, G2G BYE!

wait a sec I'll post in a few minutes...

Another Entry...Yet Again
Wednesday, 8/6/03 - 9:59 pm

*sigh* I'm tired (sorta), but sorta satisfied. I got a lot of work done today, except for my vocab, cuz I forgot to bring my book home. OMG! That reminds me...I have a MATH test on Thursday!! I haven't even started studying!!! AAAAHHH!! Oh well, I usually do well in Math (usually I get a B+ or higher...sorry if I'm bragging, if you think I am, I don't mean to). Besides, the things we're going to be tested on are going to be easy, cuz I looked in the book.

Today after school was pretty cool, cuz after school u know I went to the library, and then after that I went home. Brandon said to IM him on AOL at 4:30, but he didn't show up until about an hour later. Since Tiffany was online, and she was in the group, I told Brandon that she was online, and then he asked me for my phone number, so I told him so he called me. Then, he recited out these sentences that he summarized from the science text book, and then I typed it out in Microsoft Word, and then I had to co and paste it into the Yahoo! Messenger window that Tiffany and I were talking in.

ummm...anyway...let's see...what should I say? Well, in science class today, two immature boys (their names were Ben and John) kept looking at Derek, their best friend, and they were goofing off and stuff so Mrs. McBride (our science teacher) told Ben to switch places with Mary Jo (she's a really nice girl, and I'm glad she gets to sit next to me now!), and told John to switch with Monica, so Monica sat next to Mary Jo. Lol, so Brandon was the only boy left in the row we were sitting in. Okay, so here's the original row:

Brandon, Tiffany, Me (Debbie), Ben, and John.

Now here's the new row:

Brandon, Tiffany, Me (Debbie), Mary Jo, Monica.

And so since Brandon was the only boy left there, Mrs. McBride joked with him and said, "You're really lucky, surrounded by all these girls! If you're with more girls next year in high school, you're going to be really lucky!" And then everyone laughed in the room.

Anyway...(I did this with my old weblog in Xanga) everyday there's going to be a question of the day, and then I may ask for advice, ask your opinions on something...or whatever!

So...g2g bye!

-Debbie

Question of the Day: Have you had any other weblogs in the past? If so, which sites did you get your weblog from?

Social Studies Project
Tuesday, 8/5/03 - 4:33 pm

Hey, thanks, azuregirl for commenting on my entries. I'm going look for new people to add onto my friends list.

about the social studies project...it's not really going too well, because my social studies teacher, Ms. Smith, says that I need to have more resources, and she said that to the whole group. So that's why after school I went to the library, and I met up with Monica, one of my friends. Monica was with some other kids (about her age)...probably from her old school. We didn't really talk much, because she was too busy talking with her other friends and besides...I didn't know what to say. I only found ONE book that was on the topic of the Yurok Indians.

The school supervisors at free period don't let do, like, ANYTHING! They just blow, blow, blow on their whistles and then sometimes Tiffany, Monica, and I get in trouble. They are, like, SO MEAN!!!! So we resorted to "Kick the Pinecone". It was a game that I actually made up. But first we had to find a pinecone. This is how you play:

- There has to be at least two people playing.
- Pick people to go first, second, third, etc.
- Kick up and down a hill you can find.

Ummm...yeah that's it. It may sound boring, but sometimes it can be really funny (like you can keep on kicking the pinecone, but you miss it).

Brandon (one of the classmates in my science, social studies, and homeroom class) was supposed to be online today at 4:30, but he's still not online and it's 4:48. Oh, well...I'll just wait...

g2g bye!
