[EDIT @ 4:51 PM] I just finished scanning my computer, and the summary said that there were no viruses on my computer. Weird...maybe when I just got the virus, they removed it. OH well. As long as there's no virus!
Okay stuff happened...lots of stuff...

1. Our teacher's baby was born! Yay baby Jake! He was born on the second of February.
2.

OKAY HOLD UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GUESS WHAT JUST HAPPENED...I WENT ON THIS WEBSITE, AND THEN NORTON ANTIVIRUS JUST SAID: A VIRUS HAS BEEN DETECTED ON YOUR COMPUTER. OMG. omg. omg. omg. I'm scanning my computer right now, just to see if there are any other viruses on my comp. I just surfed more on Norton AntiVirus, and I clicked on info for the virus that's on my computer right now so here:

JS.Seeker is a Trojan horse program that alters the default startup and search pages of your Web browser.

The Trojan horse sometimes arrives as a file named Runme.hta. This file runs only if the Windows Scripting Host is installed.

Type: Trojan Horse

Everybody, please be careful of this. PLEASE.

anyway, FUCK. this is my new comp and I have a virus already. dang. fuck. damn. OK! on to #2.

2. Sarah, Monica, and I are going to go roller skating. YAY!!!! We're going roller-skating this Saturday.
3.Our class went on a field trip today. We listened to classical music, orchestra...blah blah blah. It was okay, I guess.
4. When we were waiting in the bus, there was a bus next to us, and there was this kid who mooned us. Yes, MOONED US. Luckily I wasn't looking. John, Ben, and Derek say that they just waved at the kid, and then he did that. The three say that the kid who did that was doing it at them.
5. Um. Wait, is that all?

So...bye!

I'm Sick...
1/31/04 12:54 PM
watching: nothing
listening to: neighbor's dogs barking
mood: gloomy cuz I'm sick

Ugh...I am so bummed out! Yesterday Sarah and I were planning (Sarah called Monica and invited her, but she was also sick) to go to the roller-blading/skating center and roller skate. I was already sick with a cough, but then after a while (a little while before I went to bed) I had a fever. Ugh...so my mom called Sarah and told her that I couldn't go cuz I was sick. I would've a great time with Sarah...only if I didn't have a fever. Hmph.

So the science project is due on Monday, so Sarah would probably have to finish decorating the board herself.

I don't really feel well, but I hope my fever goes away before the field trip to this place where people perform classical music. I love classical music, though not as much as pop music LOL.

Oh yeah...one more thing: Sarah's on the swim team, but then she said that she might quit and do hip-hop dancing classes (OOH FUN!!!). I told her that my mom said that I should take dancing classes because I have rhythm. Sarah suggested that if she takes hip-hop classes, then maybe we could do them together! That would be so fun...but I think I'd rather do pop dancing classes.

More about my fever: my highest fever temperature today was 100.4 degrees F.

Um. okay, that's all I really have to say. Bye!!

OMG look at what my mom's friend sent her:

PROVERBS (1st Grader’s Version)

Proverbs completed by first graders. It’s hard to believe these were actually done by first graders, but there are some good ones nonetheless.

A first grade teacher collected well-known proverbs. She gave each child in her class the first half of the proverb and asked them to come up with the remainder of the proverb.

Their insight may surprise you:

Better to be safe than…………………………………………………punch a 5th grader
Never underestimate the power of………………………termites
You can lead a horse to water but………………………how?
Don’t bite the hand that………………………………………………looks dirty
No news is……………………………………………………………………………………impossible
A miss is as good as a……………………………………………………Mr.
You can’t teach and old dog new……………………………math
If you lie down with dogs, you’ll……………………stink in the morning
Love all, trust………………………………………………………………………me
The pen is mightier than the……………………………………pigs
And idle mind is……………………………………………………………………the best way to relax
Where there’s smoke there’s………………………………………pollution
Happy the bride who……………………………………………………………gets all the presents
A penny saved is……………………………………………………………………not much
Two’s company, three’s……………………………………………………the Musketeers
Don’t put off till tomorrow what…………………………you put on to go to bed
Laugh and the whole world laughs with you, cry and……you have to blow your nose
None are so blind as…………………………………………………………Stevie Wonder
Children should be seen and not……………………………spanked or grounded
If at first you don’t succeed…………………………………get new batteries
You get out of something what you………………………see pictured on the box
When the blind leadeth the blind…………………………get out of the way

And the favorite…
Better late than……………………………………………………………………pregnant.

I dunno why, but deviousdevil isn't updating. Neither on her Xanga account. I guess she's just busy...

Sarah and Monica Came 2 My House!!
1/25/04 11:01 PM
watching: nothing
listening to: my dad snoring
mood: so-so...okay because I finished HALF of my homework over the weekend...grr...

Coolie...the Nutang blog thingy has more buttons :P. Okay so I'll tell u what happened today...

Monica and Sarah came to my house to finish up our science project. We did the poster board at Sarah's and the note cards at Sarah's, also. But we needed more stuff, so we added a little information skit (ummm...okay...not really a SKIT, but just some talk about some of the facts about the Apollo 11, the crew on it and stuff like that). We typed the script on my new laptop (sorry if I'm rubbing it in, azuregurl). Okay, I'm sort of rambling so I'll start @ the beginning...

We arranged to meet @ my house @ 1:00 PM. Sarah came earlier than Monica, and they were both sort of late. Not really too much, but just a little. While we waited for Monica, Sarah watched me dance to DDRMAX2. Once Monica came, I danced a few more songs, and persuaded them to play. They were afraid of embarrassing themselves, so they were pushing each other onto the dance mat LOL. Then Monica just decided to go first. I told both of them that it might be better to start with the lesson mode, so that they can learn the basic moves and stuff. I just waited and watched them try to get the arrows right and stuff. Sarah did better than Monica, because I think Sarah has rhythm and Monica just stomps really hard on the arrows but doesn't really step on it at the right moment. Some sections were hard, but they dealed with it. When we were done with all three lessons (with 8 sections each...that took a while) my mom came back from Costco with cheese pizza...yummy!!! I poured Cokes for Sarah and me, and a Sprite for Monica (she doesn't really like Coke). Monica was telling my mom how Jaclyn was evil, and how people mistake Monica and Jaclyn for being really good friends, when they were sort of enemies (well...not really...just avoiding each other) although they knew each other since birth cuz of their moms. whoa that was a run-on sentance.

All three of us started dancing again, and then got a bit bored of it so we played this Mary-Kate and Ashley: Liscened to Drive Play Station 2 game that Sarah brought over. But my mom told us that we should start working on our project, so we did after about 15 minutes of the Mary-Kate and Ashley game.

We all went upstairs and typed a script. We printed it out, hilighted our parts, memorized them, and performed them in front of my mom (just for practice). The project's due on Thursday, so we can practice some more at school.

When we performed in front of my mom, she sat in this sort of...umm...chair that a boss sits in. My mom joked and said she was "the boss", and so I chanted, "WE WANT A PROMOTION! WE WANT A PROMOTION!" over and over again. The third time I said that, Monica and Sarah joined in. LOL but we started our skit and my mom said we did well.

We went back to my laptop, and signed onto my AOL account. We watched some music videos on there like Hilary Duff: Come Clean, Clay Aiken: Invisible, and Good Charlotte: Girls and Boys. We listened to some Cheetah Girls songs, and there were two songs that I memorized the moves to: Cinderella and Girl Power, so I danced to them. While we were listening, we were taking turns boucing on the bed.

But soon Sarah's mom came at around 3, so Sarah had to leave. We said good-bye, and to see each other @ school.

"Well, what should we do now?" Monica asked after Sarah left.

"Do you want to play this ATV Offroad Fury 2 game? It's a two player game," I suggested.

"Ok. Whatever."

So we played it, but we started laughing on the freeride, because we kept on bumping into trees or drowning ourselves in the lake. One time, Monica's ATV and rider when so high up in the air, that it went up to the clouds! It landed with a big vibration THUD, and while the ATV person was falling we were laughing so hard, and I laughed until I wheezed (I had to take my inhaler after that). We sort of got tired of it after a while, so we stopped. At around 4, Monica called her mom to tell her to pick her up, and while we were waiting (wow that's a lot of w's!), we played CDs with Hilary Duff singing the songs...or at least some (like Metamorphosis, Santa Claus Lane...) and we danced to the tunes. Sadly her mom came, and so we said goodbye.

I guess that was the day at my house. But I have to add one more thing: Monica got sort of tired (or maybe fed up) with DDRMAX game because she couldn't dance fast enough, or she was too quick. Either way, she missed the arrows and kept on failing.

I typed my Social Studies homework on the computer cuz there was a table that I had to draw out, and I had to squeeze my words a lot just to get it into the squares that I drew. Actually, I had to go OVER the lines to get all the words in, so I just decided to type it on the computer LOL.

I don't have school tomorrow (YAY!!!) cuz it's Staff Development Day, so there are no students allowed...only teachers!!! YAY AGAIN!!!

Oh yeah here:

Nice, Relaxing Weekend
1/17/04 9:52 AM
watching: nothing
listening to: starting of neighbor's car
mood: happy

Yesterday there were, like, 3 or 4 shows that I wanted to watch! Here's a list of them: Real Access (on The N), Kiki's Delivery Service (on Toon Disney), Kim Possible (on Disney Channel), and Pixel Perfect (on Disney Channel). LOL do I sound like a kid?

Anyway, today I'm going to Sarah's house (Monica is, also) to work on our group science report. I got some info...but I don't want the visit to Sarah's house to be ALL work! I was thinking of popping in a Hilary Duff CD (since all three of us are fans) on Sarah's boom box (if she has one) and singing along to it LOL. I'm going to Sarah's at 1:00 PM today. I think it's going to be a fun time!! Well...HOPEFULLY it is.

TOE UPDATE: My toe's feeling much better, and when I went to my pediatrician (did I spell that right?) and took an X-ray at a clinic nearby, my pediatrician said that I had a fractured toe, but it was healing. She said that I don't need to put on a splint or a cast on it, because it was mild and it would heal on it's own in about 3 weeks. My toe's been fractured for about 2 weeks, so the pain's not too bad. I'd say on a scale of 1-10 (10 being the most painful), right now I'd be about 2 or 3.

Ummm...let's see what else I have in mind. Oh yeah...my doggy, Bruno, went for grooming yesterday, and when he came back he looked sooo handsome and cute! I couldn't really hug him because he was smelling the floor (probably because of the other dogs' scents and dander on the ground). I took a few pictures of him, and my mom took two pictures of me, my dad, and Bruno. The roll of film isn't finished yet, and it has to get developed, so I can't post any pictures of my doggy...sorry! But you can check out some of my older blogs to see some pictures of Bruno if you want.

OK...I think that's all I have to say for now. I'll try to update and tell you about what happened at Sarah's. Bye!!
