watching walking dead. you would think that having on demand would mean you don't have to watch commercials, but now channels are just making it so on demand means you can fast forward and pause.
maybe i'm being stingy, but i think that paying for on demand should come with the benefit of skipping commercials.

i finished insanity!
i've started Les Mills Combat. it is pretty good so far. i'm exhausted.

tonight i made stuffed pepper soup.
it has red peppers, onions, fake meat, quinoa, diced tomatoes, and vegetable stock. i combined all those.
then i baked some puff pastry to top it.
i'm going to sprinkle some cheese under the puff pastry as a delicious, cheesy surprise.
i'm really excited to eat this. be jealous.

i can't stop hiccuping!
it always feels like you are never going to stop hiccuping when you get the hiccups. then, it goes away before you even know it.
hiccup is a stupid word. hiccups are stupid.
i made turkey cornbread meatballs yesterday, and made tiny meatball subs with quick pickled cucumbers and pineapple jam. then, today i made pasta with a bbq sauce and ate the remainder of the meatballs with it.
it was pretty tasty.

when insanity ends for me, i am going to do insanity asylum. i don't think there's a better option for me.
i am doing some thirty day challenge thing for a friend who is a beach body coach starting in april, so when that comes, i will most likely do insanity asylum 2.
and to answer LostSoul13, i am going to continue to work out as intensely as i can as long as my body and mind can stand it. i got started exercising every day before my work's challenge started, so there's no sense in me stopping when i'm done crushing everyone at work.
well, i'm all sweaty, so it's shower time. lates.

28th. last day of the challenge. i did awful.
just finished my 8th week of insanity. i can't wait to finish it, solely so i can claim that i've done it before.
i'm trying to figure out what program to do next. i got les mills combat, but i've read a few reviews that say that the trainers are kind of shitty. so i might look for something else.
i don't know. i'm not sure what to do.
so far this year i've lost 23 pounds. i'm pretty proud of myself, but the tough part has begun, which is continuing this lifestyle. i just want to eat a fistful of ice cream.
