OMG today..... my caoch told me that on saturday..... our invatational, i am running the steeple chase. I cant wait. I have wanted to do this for so long. i ran it in practice today to get my time down and i ran it in 9 minutes. The steeple chase is when you run around the track 5 times and jump over 5 hurdles each time you go around. One of the 5 hurdles has a water pit after it and you are soppose to try and clear it. I dont know if anyone ells is going to do it or not but i am like so excited. There are lots of good ppl doing it. My mom said i am in no shape for the steeple chase but i am in one of the best shape of all of the ppl on the track team. I felt like shit after i ran but i got over it. I honestly, could care less about Joshua. He is being the biggest bitch in the whole world. We broke up because neither one of us wanted a g/f or a b/f soo then we decided to become friends with benefites.....but fuck that. I dont care n e more. I am going niagra falls with my soccer team, and the guys teams u15 through u17 r staying in the same hotel as us so i guess its good i dont have a b/f now. Now i dont feel tied to one person. well g2g... buhbye

heyy... OMG just got done with track. I am like so cold. It was freezing. We had to play so "FUN" game. It was fun to the coaches, but not to us. Our game was that the coach flipped a coin and if the coni landed on heads, then we ran a hundred. If it landed on tails, then we flipped again and the second time if it landed on heads it was only a 55 meter dash, but if it landed on tails, then we had to run a 200. That game is so quer. I mean we flipped it 9 times and ended up runnning like a mile. But i am the one in track so i shouldnt be complaining. But i am lazy. If you know me thenyou should know that. Well g2g.... buhbye!!!

Heyy, i have a track meet today, home againt CBA. i hope we win. we dont win any of our meets, but we place rly good in our invatationals. My friend cassy got threatened to get beat up, then the other girl said that she was going to kill her. I dont know what is going to happen but i know cassy is going to tell amanda that i told her to tell the princible because she doesnt know how to keep her mouth shut which is what started this whole fight in the first place. I am so sick of drama that it isnt even funny anymore. I sometimes just want to kill ppl myself but im not like that. Well today is going by so slow and i cnt stand it. the worst part of the day hasn't even come yet. Double Bio. I cant stand even days. On odd days, i have gym istead of double bio. Well im sick of talking about school, so whats new? Well, i got to go do shit i dont want to do so, ill tty tomarrow. `~*_ buhbye _*~`

heyyy buuuudy!!!! I feel so good. I went to some walk with my friends from my soccer team, it was for premature babies. It was a total langth of 1.75 miles their and 1.75 miles back so actually it w as 3.5 miles the whole way. I jogged the whole thing, and the corsos tried to but they do lax and i do track which is why i might be able to run more, who knows. But anyways i got to their house at 8:25 and we left their at 9 and got to the place at 9:30 and didnt leave untill about 1. It was so coold and i didnt have n e thing but a thin green coat the i told you abotu last entry and jeans. Then we went to Wegmans. Her mom got food and we all went to the movie place in their and got 2 movies. The Notebook and Ocean 12. neither of them were all that good to me but if i had to pick one then it would have been probebly The Notebook. I almost fell asleep during both of them. My dad came and got me and i went home to my moms. I fell asleep when i got home, i was POOPED!!!!!!! Then i pretty much took a shower, dried my hiar, strightened it and went back to sleep. G2G..... have....a life...........BYE

OMG..... i am like so bored. This is my day. I woke up this morning at like 8 and got in the shower. Then my mom asked me if i wanted to go shopping and i am like sure why not. Soi got ready to go shopping and my annoying little sister decied to go because she wanted a girls day out. So we went out to great northeren mall and got shit. We left at about 9 and didnt get back untill 2. That doesnt seem that long but it is when your with 7 year old. I got the cutest bakini. Its black and white with the hawian flowers on it. It is so cute.!!!!! I also got to pairs of capries, one was jean and the other was white with brown stitching. Sooo cute. Then i got a green jacket with a white and light pink stripe around the shoulder. Once again SOOOOO CUTEEE. Then my mom, my stepdad, my sister, my brother scot and i went to my soccer tournament. I had 4 games. My first game was at 5, second was at 6 third was at 7:35 and fourth was at 8:15. We tied the first game, won the second and third game and lost in the finals. Its ok becuase our team had a huge fight beofre the finanl game so thats why we lost. We actually tied the last place team, and were in first. How gay is that. Anyways my best friend is doing drugs and i m like trying to talk her out of it but she isnt listening and ever time i bring it up she always say's she doesnt want to talk about it. so im like whatever. well g2g buhbye
