Today.... ohhh gee, i had the rest of my states to go to and it sucked. Lynds stay'd over night last night and came with me today as well. thank god. i dont think i could have done it with out her. I did long jump and got 14' 11" and then i had to do the 800 which wasnt too pleasent but i did it. I got my P.R. at 2 minutes and 33 seconds. Awsome. But my caoch say's i still go out too fast. I ended up finishing 7th in my division and 19th over all. SUCKS ASS. going to go.... to ....... um..... lunch i think...... buhbye..... you

sup??? nothing here.... today i went to states and did 3 events, 100 meter hurdles, the high jump (which is my best event) and shot put. I have to go tomarrow too. Lyndsay came with me to support me which is good. my mom came on friday too. She doesnt normally come but seeing that it is states she said she would. i g2g ttyl.....

PRACTICE~!!!! we got to practice today and it felt so good to be back on the track. I am going to miss it soo bad. I have states tomarrrow and saturday so if u are reading this then you better be their. I dont know how i am going to do, but i want to get a medel. I am tired so im going to go. bye.....

Coach!!! I am so mad. Caoch isnt letting us practice today becuase i stepped on glass and "Hurt" my foot. Me and lynds went walking in the creek. She talked to my friend nicholas but doesnt know him. Hell i barley know him. I hope i have the right nick. Ohh well. So today was fun.. Eloise was over at lyndsay's house too, we all went down to the creek but after i cut my foot, i stay'd out. Went i went home that night, i pulled 2 more peices out and one was like half an inch. well g2g.. byes......!

helo....... no school today... Lynds i went to track practice today...I was off from sat sun and mon and i hate not being able to go to track. This is the one year i think i am going to really miss it. It was awsome. A lot better than last year in modified. We soaked caoch with water..... ii figured he would get mad but he just said that he was going to get us back, but we wont know when and we wont know where. Kindof creepy. g2g bye!!!

Heyyy.... we didnt have school today.... so you probebly didnt either. We dont have it tomarrow either. Today, my mom, step dad and brothers all went up to my grandmothers house and had dinner. She's doing better from before but shie is still far from goooood. Then we came home and honestly i have no clue what i did. ill ttyl.. buhbye.....
