aren't most of the superstitions dumb?

I was thinking most of the superstitions I know or practice are really stupid, but what would life be with out them? I mean, if you don't have religion whats left to believe but a bunch of superstitions?

If I died today, all the things I treasure would be garbage, like everything I say to the people I love is heard as if I was talking nonsense. No-one would treasure my collection issues, or dolls, no one would apreciate anything I own, are or do. They'd be doing Jokes and laughing about me in my funeral
