Sunday, January 21, 2007 AhhhHhHhhh... I finally got to play tennis.... SO.... What I did was... I played a whole 3 weeks worth of tennis all in a day... What does this mean?? It meant that I played tennis at the club right from 8 am all the way to 6 pm... And hung out with friend till around 10 pm yesterday... AHhahahaha.. Cool aint it??? Yes it is.. .LOLZ!!!! Well.. Anyway.. PLayed tennis AGAIN today from 10am till 12 pm... Then hung out with friends till around 4 pm and then home it was.. Well.. I noticed I'm being quite inactive in NuTang.. It sycks but I cant seem to do anything bout it... ArrGGhhhHH.. DArn homework.....
PS: I'm taking my P license test on Tuesday.. Yes... Hope I'll pass... But.... I havent took a picture for my license yet T_T... Dont know when to go and take it.. Hopefully tomorrow afternoon... Comment! (9) | Recommend! Why does this happen ALL the time??? Tuesday, January 16, 2007 ARRGHHHH!!! So frustrated.... Whenever I'm getting ready to go tennis ( or in today's case, at the court already) It starts to rain.. It never fals EVERY DAMN FREAKING TIME!!!!!! Before I got out of the house today, It was as bright. Looks as if the sun could burn your head off.... And then when I reached the court.. It starts getting gloomy and eventually started drizzling... So it ended up no one shows up for tennis and I had to go home... Ironically, the rain then stopped...FOR GOOD!!!! Imagine, I am already damn pissed off for not getting to play any tennis for the past 3 weeks and this is just too much... Cant it just rain when I'm at home doing my work or during tuition and STOP at the moment I wanna play tennis... PLease.... Lets hope Friday comes with good weather the whole day and only rains at night so that I could sleep well......  Comment! (4) | Recommend! Another Recipe.. And A Little Bit Of Il Divo Thursday, January 11, 2007 Well.. I'll talk about Il Divo first... they're currently live on TV right this second.. And Urs has just been told by the host that his lifestyle fits right in and he has a citizenship right here in Malaysia.. But that's not all.. He even said that Urs lifestyle is like a Mat Rempit( mat is like a person and rempit is like.. you know the term remp it where these people go crazy and do illegal racing on the roads).. Urs loves motorcycles, listens to heavy metal.. And even looks like one.. hahaha.. Well they're so funny... They're being interview about their concert this 16th of January...
Well anyway... about the recipe... It has got nothing to do with Il Divo.... Its just a new fried rice recipe that I just made up today that tasted great and I thought of sharing it with everyone... Well.. 1st...chop up some potatoes,garlic and some onions.Prepare some anchovies too. We start by heating up the pan and adding a little oil.... Then you fry the anchovies till crispy... Next, you take out the anchovies and leave the fire on small... Then, add in the chopped potatoes and fry them till its cooked. You can add a little pepper while frying. Add in the anchovies back into the pan and then add the onions... Stir and let the onions cook for a bit and then add in the garlic.. Stir a little more and then add rice... Stir a little more... Add some pepper and a little soy sauce( optional) And thats it.... Simple aint it?? And best of all... No eggs.. Tastes great!!

Which I hate so much.. But.. Still... homework is homework... Still have to complete it... T_T.... Anyway... For the past 3 days now I have been cooking omelete for dinner :P haha... Its getting better and better... I simply LOVE cooking..... Haha.. I ended up not going for the motorcycle course today.. Instead I went to the school bowling team tryouts... Unfortunately I didnt do so well... I only had a sum of 172 point oout of 2 sets... My friend got the highest.. Which was 269... I kinda felt that I wasnt in my best form today.. But.. Maybe thats gods way of telling me to focus more on tennis LOLZ!!( what a lame excuse) Hahahahahhaha....Well anyway, it's getting late( not really.. Normal people wont think that 10.50pm is late but its a school night after all) so I'm heading to bed... *yawn* Comment! (1) | Recommend! Monday, January 8, 2007 Well.. I'mgonna get my P(Probation) motorcycle license next week if everything goes as I planned it.I went for my 4th hour of training today.. planning to go next wednesday, saturday and sunday to finish up the 10 hours and by the 16( next tuesday), I can go take my P test...Well.. Hopefully I'll pass it... *crosses fingers* XD... I'm so excited.. 1 more thing.. Let's hope my dad gets me a bike soon( kinda impossible to happen) Hahaha.. Anyway... Went to the night market today.. Was kinda nice.. Met my primary school teacher while I was there.. Guess what?? He used to tower over us kids last time and now, he is the same height as I am.. Hahahah.. Well I guess he aint as tall as I thought he was. Either that, or he shrunk!! LOL Comment! (7) | Recommend! Sunday, January 7, 2007 Today I went to the driving school again to go to the motorcycle course.. I need to completely go around the course for 10 hours before I can take my P license test T_T.. Imagine, 10 hours on a bike... your hindquarters will be numb by then.. Hahaha.. Luckily.. They let you take 2 hours a time.. Which means I need to go back 4 more times after this... Planning to go maybe sometime after school on Wednesday.. Maybe not.. Depends on whether I'm lazy or not.. MuAHhHAAHHhHA.. Well, anyway, today is just like any other day.... Nothing quite interesting happened. Well... I cooked omelete for dinner.. Hahaha.. Potato omelete.. Its simple.. Peel the potatoes slice it around 1mm thick and then fry it.... While waiting for it to cook, take out some eggs and beat it, add some salt and pepper to taste. When the potatoes are almost done, take it out and put it directly into the beaten eggs and make sure everything is covered. Next.. with the leftover oil from the potatoes thats still in the pan, pour the eggs+potatoes in... fry till golden... then its done... haha... easy aint it??
PS:You can use as much of the eggs and potatoes as you want.. but make sure the eggs can cover the potatoes when it is inserted into the beaten eggs or your potatoes wont have the eggy taste... Comment! (4) | Recommend! |
