Fitness Journal #3 Wednesday. 8.11.10 6:52 pm I backslid on my diet yesterday. I ate so much I'm still not really hungry. Today might not be so much better, but I'm not going to blame it on eating with my Bible Study group. On Tuesday August 9, 2010, I had a protein drink with flax-seed and ate way too much beef, pork, and sushi. I rode on my stationary bike for 15 minutes (I told you my ass hurt), walked 10 flights of stairs (up & down), did 10 crunches, and 10 sets of different types of leg exercises (lifts, extensions, etc). Other than that, I mostly sat around working on my laptop and went to dinner. That's all for this entry.
