They get killed by the sheer force of having something hit them in the throat, with the possibility that their jugular could be ruptured. . . {that's possible right?}

falling off the side of a steep mountain range.

a travelling accident while riding a donkey (Once read more people died this way than airline crashes)

being attacked by killer bees with rabies

an earthquake while in a balcony of a skyscraper and the handrails are low

attacked by crows
