getting a piece of glass or wood stuck in your hand or foot; you don't realize its still there until you start to acquire an infection from it. you ignore it thinking it'll go away. finally, after it worsens you go see a doctor where you find out the infection has spread throughout your bloodstream and there's nothing they can do. You inevitably die.

Accidently stabbing your partner through the head while fencing.

...... how about choking someone out with a Wii controller.. and then have someone else hit the person that's being choked over head at the same time.. that will be a very Wiitarded death there, lol

How about getting an infected tooth, and then it abcesses, and then the infection eats its way through your face, causing a huge amount of swelling, and then the infection finally enters your brain and kills you.

It actually did happen to this one dude in colonial Maryland, according to anthropologists.

Hanging a huge picture at an art museum and it falls on you, crushing you/getting destroyed in the process. Either it kills you that way or the museum director kills you for breaking the picture.

You're a construction worker and you're eating lunch on the metal supports of a half finished building. You decide to show off to some random chick that's walking by so you climb onto a wrecking ball used to knock down the old building... but you slip and fall off. The person who drives the wrecking ball doesn't see you gasping in pain on the ground, and they're supposed to move the wrecking ball, so they run you over.

walking across the street {in a designated crosswalk} and you get hit by an 18 wheeler semi {since the driver obviously wasn't paying attention} It breaks every bone {or just about, I think the bones in your ears stay in tact} in your body and you die of the sheer exhaustion of trying to stay alive.

... and you thought getting hit by the truck was the way to die ...
