mood: impressed

Isn't it funny how the past always seem to catch up with us?
Like a person contacting you on a social networking site, like Myspace or Facebook.
It always seem to blow me away.
Memories coming flooding back of conversations and situations that you've had between the person. It all just seems like an movie being played 'forward' again. Sometimes, it just seems like a blur and doesn't make much sense.

Without a past, there would be no future existing in one's timeline of life. Living in regret can only get you so far.

I understand that completely. That recently happened to me on Facebook. I didnt even recognize my childhood best friend that I had lost contact with. Then, I started to look closer at her photos and I remembered all the times she came to my house and I went to hers where we had numerous sleepovers.

Time can be a cruel or magical thing to memory.

I recently met someone at a party and it was a childhood friend, I wasn't sure if it was him or not. He didn't really speak to me or nothin'.

I found a bunch of my elementary schools friends earlier this year from Facebook and I was really grateful. I got back in touch with my old bffs, who I've had so many great memories with.
