I hurt my back a few weeks ago, hurt the disc. It was in a bit of pain for about a week.
It made me realise that it's not good to abuse our bodies and yet we do until something goes wrong. We have to look after ourselves...

The common flu

You'd think the common flu would have pissed off by now, considering spring has just began in Australia.
But, no...it hasn't and my partner is sick with the flu. :/
It's been 3 days now since he got it and he seems to be getting a bit worse. Hopefully by tomorrow he'll feel better.
