yeah, no wonder I hate this job so much. it makes me feel stupid but its just a simple task. Talk on the phone and take down information. I don't think that's a lot to take down IQ points, but eh. If they can't even do a simple multitask, you wonder how people even make it that far. It's like driving and using ur turn signal.
