Watching the Monk episode and curling up with my cat is the end of a pretty productive day for me. I got a x-ray, I emailed a old love interest that I found on Facebook, go me for being assertive. I'm not usually very assertive in these matters as people who regularly read this blog can attest I also did a interview for a new mobility magazine over the phone and I am very nervous to how it turned out. I was honest that's all I can say.I filled out two grant applications didn't take any naps. Again I am pretty proud of myself for being so productive. Its the best day I have had in a week, that's pretty sad actually.

Today I was without a PCA for a fair amount of hours because of the weather and other concerns. But I was okay. Really glad I had some good programs on the DVR and lots of posting to distract me from the fact that I couldn't go to the bathroom. Such is the life of a personal care assistant user when her services gets screwed up. I have four interviews tomorrow and hopefully will find someone to fill my open shifts.

Other than that, this day has been very productive even though I slept late until almost 10:30am. I've posted in every blog I own and answered some questions in myLot. This is my last official thing to do today except for creating a new entry for tales from the chair.

I finally figured out how to sleep. I slept for six hours in a row last night. Of course, when I woke up at 6:15 to do the whole bathroom thing I could not go back to sleep so I opted to wait for my morning person to arrive at 8am when I would get up. Somehow I must have fallen asleep for a minute because I didn't hear the door open or the night person leave. When I woke up again I didn't know I'd fallen asleep. I laid there for about 15 before I decided to check the time to see how much longer I would have to lay there. It said 8:25am. I was one confused girl.

So I called my day assistant and got up. Then I spent the day writing. I had to reconstruct the Dickens story because the computer somehow lost it. I also posted and called people for book expo America and the copy store in Amherst which is making my post cards. I'm going to sell them tomorrow.

This entry is probably the last thing I'm going to do today except post a little later on. Good evening to all.
