What are some old favorites you've been listening to lately, or some music discoveries you've made? |

These past couple of days I've been playing a various mix of videos from musicvideos.com, which is pretty random. I like just about anything, but my favorite genres are Christian and Pop/Rock. |
spcbrass | I listen to it all!

Screamo is like a kind of music. The singing pretty much consists of screaming words. |

Nothing quite like that no! System of a Down has their moments of this, so does Rage Against the Machine, but I have nothing that is all screaming! |

i have around 80% of my collections are chinese so i wont say but ill share abit of what type of english songs that might interest me. Smalltown Poets, Student Rick, Something Corporate, The beatles, The Carpenters, Bee Gees. The are great singers. Great music. ive always felt that the current english songs like pussycat dolls and friends are not music. I hope i wont offend anyone. I mean seriously if you just take a song like 'Yesterday Once More by The Carpenters' and you compare with a song. lets say the most popular that hit some billboards by emiiemen or akon or something. I would say a music lover would turn to The Carpenters immediately. |

Depends what kind of music lover you have. Interests vary. I have to agree with your take on modern music though, this ghetto gangster stuff is crap. |
