Actually i had plan to make doughnuts a mth ago but i was jus lazy to knead using by hands but ytd i change my mind set... I prepare some of my ingredients ytd, while i was weighing milk i accidentally pour directly into the digital scale button and it wont works... I almost freak out becos the digital scale cost me abt 50 dollars. Lucky i was able to fix a little haha... I woke up quite early this morning jus to make doughnuts but jus to tik of using kneading method i felt tired although it my 3rd time making at hm. Its require time, skill and technique. It was really tough for me to knead the dough to develop gluten... Tks god tat my mom n bro volunteer to help me knead the dough. The time already pass more than 3hrs but the gluten didn develop at all. I pause my movement! SHIT! Maybe we use too much force tat why the dough tear and it didn develop. I didn blame them at all becos i didn let them noe wat is the tectnique of kneadin the dough. End up i throw it away. But the next time i try, i'll make sure i get a mixer to help me to save our energy... Saving money in process. LOL!

Tis is my second week of my attachment and i jus started to do my OT tis week... Everyday was a vry busy day for us but i find it fun during busy hrs...But i jus feel unfair abt the OT pay... Its wasn't the company pay less for the OT but we(the staff) get a few mins late to take our voucher(before we can claim our cash for next day), the company will (-) our pays depend hw long we r late..... I jus calculated the amount of my OT pay, if i didn got late to took my voucher im sure tat i will hv abt 100plus... Too bad! I was jus unlucky!

I found sth quite interesting on how 3D animation work! Although i noe abit on hw it works but after watching Ratatouille production, i really noe hw detail they had done not jus this movie but to all any movie using 3D animation staff. To me it is vry difficult and it really impress me alot. Which is why i love watching 3D animation staff especially cartoon animation. Here are some i found in web(below) enjoy! (Ohh ya! There is a new horror movie called 1408. I watched tis movie ytd wif my relatives. Is kinda scare me when the ghost came out of sudden in a creepy place plus wif the background sound. BUT the most scary part was before i post tis blog, i was viewin my pic in the com and i saw one pic which i took it on my holiday tis year June wif my relatives. I couldn't believe my own eyes i even called my bro to check this out and he laughed. The room number which my bro and me were staying in the room was the same number as the movie. I took tis pic(jus below) before we went in to the hotel room(is true).. My bro joke wif me tat wat would be our reaction if we had watched tis movie before we went to holiday?

Vry soon im going On-Job-Training (OJT) in the industry for 9mths but i hv to find it myself... I had sended my resume last week but haven't got any reply yet. 3/4 of my classmates had gotten their reply and asked for their first interview. Nw im vry worry....OMG! Wat if i cant find a job? What am i going to do? Nw my mind was onli thinking of this topic... It really stress me out!
