Facial Scrubs: Do they really work? Thursday. 10.15.09 2:05 am I heard about how soft these types of scrubs leave your face after using them, but never tried them until today. I will have to say that I used a honey-sugar mixture for my facial scrub.
Use 1 TBS of pure honey
Plus 1 teaspoon of Sugar
You can also use brown sugar but I choose to use white sugar.
Mix the honey and the sugar together and apply on your face or any place you would like to exfoliate.
Leave the mixture of your skin for about 5 minutes, then after 5 minutes massage your skin in a circular motion.
After your done rinse mixture off your face & proceed to your normal cleanser routine.
I was surprised to see how soft my skin was after using this mixture. I guess after this I will try to use natural exfoliates more often. Comment!
