I just came home from Erin’s house. Mary, Bri, and I went over there today after school to talk about the music video. We also watched the original B-52’s Love Shack video. That was hilarious! Yeah, and we decided on re-creating the video, but without any bananas or bagels. *Snorts* <-- That one was for you, Mary! Well, we need to go shopping at Goodwill on Sunday. That’s gonna be so much fun though, looking for old 80s clothes! Oh my gosh! I forgot to add...Andrew might be willing to be the dude for our video! Yaaay! Okay, well we had him listen to the CD today and he was TOTALLY in love with it! Just hope he does work with us. *Crosses fingers*

We have this study guide for TKAM due tomorrow, thank GOD I remembered to bring home my book! In the car, I was like “AAHH!! Did I just forget my book??!!” But no, I brought it home!

“Love shack, baby love shack...” I’m listening to Mary’s 80s CD! It’s soo great! Yeah, so we’ve decided on B-52‘s “Love Shack” and Joan Jet’s “I Love Rock ‘n’ Roll” for our music video. We need to confirm it with Mrs. Enslow, so that’s why we got two songs in case she didn’t approve of the first one...Also, tomorrow Mary, Bri, and myself might go over to Erin’s house after school for a little meeting about our project. Woopdie doo!

Today I barely had any school. I went to do that loaves and fishes thing at the Elsie Stuhr center with Katie, Meeghan, Mario, Peter, and Austin. It was so much fun with them there, but otherwise it was not too bad of a trip. We just had to serve some seniors food (it tasted HORRIBLE! People pay to eat THAT??!!) and then clean up. It was sorta like waitering and waitressing! I swear, I never wanna work at a restaurant. EVER.

I also missed the student council meeting with Mrs. Cronin today. I feel irresponsible. But it’s not really my fault, anyway. I was volunteering! Isn’t that good too? It is, it is!

We had a 7 and 8 grade mass this morning. It was okay, I guess. It wasn’t in the chapel this time, so it was a little better. I hated the chapel, because there were too many people in that tight of a space, and whenever someone made one single little noise, everyone would totally freak out! *Sigh*

Andrew was supposed to give me a copy of Maroon 5’s Songs about Jane, but nooo...He just HAD to run out of CDs! Great job, Andrew. Yeah, I REALLY appreciate that...Yet you still make me laugh! What the hell.

Right now I’m burning some CDs. Exciting...Well not really. But it’s better than doing homework, right!

I was gonna add something else to this entry, but I just blanked out! Oh well. Maybe another time.

Oh my gosh, I am so tired and hungry at the same time! But thank goodness we barely have any homework tonight! No homework from Carr! Yay! That’s always a plus!

Today we hung out with our little buddies and read to them and played outside! It was really fun. My partner is a bit shy, but I’m sure I’ll get her talking sooner or later! Yup, knowing me!

Oh yeah, coming to mention the first graders and us, oh my gosh, I just think the guys in our class would make perfect dads! Just imagine it, you guys! Oh my god, oh my god! I was just looking around at the recess we had with the first graders and the boys just seemed like they had the time of their lives with the little ones! It was just soo cute! OOO! I just can’t get over the fact that the boys in our class are so good with little kids! *Grinning from EAR to EAR!*

I just put on this Strawberry and Champagne lotion from Victoria’s Secret and oh my god, it smells so good! I looove this fragrance! But my favorite is still Clinique Happy. Ms. B. always asks “Who put on that cologne?” and everyone will be like “It’s Stacey’s lotion!” Yub yub!

Tomorrow I’m doing the Loaves and Fishes meal drive thing at the Elsie Stuhr place. Yaaay...I suppose...Not really. I just hope it’s not some nursing hope type deal.

Well, I’m gonna go grab a bagel or something to eat and try to find “Loveshack” so I can listen to it for our music video! Later days!

I’m doing my homework right now. Turns out we didn’t have our two quizzes that we’ve all been dreading about in Carr’s class today. She delayed it to tomorrow. Great! Now I have extra time to study because I just decided plainly not to last night. Oops...I’m also finishing off the To Kill a Mockingbird study guide. Forgot to finish some questions on that one too! Good thing it’s due tomorrow! I am like, so lucky because I have an extra day for studying and this paper!

Today we got our little music video groups! Woo hoo! I’m with Mary, Erin, and Bri. Fun! We’re still deciding on some songs and we agreed on bringing our CDs tomorrow.

Also it was Mary’s 14th birthday! Yaaay! My girl is turning the big one four! =0) Erin...You silly girl!

Oh my gosh, Dad is all mad at me for something, and I don't even know what. Also Mrs. Ullman was super pissy this afternoon also! What's up with that?

Tomorrow we’re gonna probably read to our little trubbies! (a.k.a. first grade buddies...Andrew..) Yeah, fun! Well ‘cause Mrs. Ullman told us to bring a couple of little kiddie books for our buddies! I can’t wait to meet up with mine. I have Mai Anh’s little cousin, Catherine (or is it Katherine?) Sand! Wonder how to spell her first name...I hope I spelt it right!

Haven’t you guys noticed that I’m really into writing correctly in this journal? AAHH!! Kinda creepy, isn’t it??! Especially for ME!

I’m gonna go check my email. I haven’t gotten around to doing that since this weekend, really! Bye now!

Hey, everybody! I’m gonna use NuTang now since Xanga is really pissing me off! It’s all messed up at the moment but if you know me well enough, you know I don’t stick around when problems occur. Yep, that’s me! =0)

Oh god, I feel so bored! And everyone is nowhere to be seen or heard from! Until tomorrow. Just the thought of coming back to my girls (and guys!) sounds so appealing...Even if it is for school! I’m that desperate for some real socializing!

Hey, is anyone else besides myself who’s really cold? Damn, it feels like my fingers are gonna fall off about any minute now!

Last night I went to mass and it was FREEZING! (I think it just was me...) I saw Mary (who just happened to be wearing a really cute BLOUSE last night and she said she was hot when I said I was cold!), Eddie, Peter, and all those sexy people! Just kidding about that part! I miss my friends already and we only had 3 days off! Imagine how I will be like when our longer breaks come around...I’ll be just miserable!

Did anyone watch the Miss America pageant last night? I was going for that one girl, Miss Louisiana. Blonde hair and real pretty looking! But she turned out to be the runner up, and Miss Alabama got the crown instead! Bummer, man! She wasn’t that pretty at all! Well, at least to me. I was just praying that she wouldn’t be the one to get the title. So much for that...Well, just the little miss pretty pageants aren’t my thing. I just basically watch it so that I can hope for someone to fall!

I might actually go to that retreat in October with SO/SB. Yaaay! They’re going to the Crewtview Manor. Heard they had fun last time! It’s an over night thing...But I think I’m just gonna hang around for lunch and rehearsal, either Saturday or Sunday. Sounds good to me, even thought I’m gonna miss out on all the fun. Oh well...I’ve still got Europe!

We’ve got two quizzes in Carr’s class tomorrow. Better go and read over the chapters like...ten more times!
