I don't hate my father anymore. I guess I was just extremly upset about we he did. And when we got in our argument it made me think about things he had said and done to me in the past, which upset me even more. I started to remember how close we used to be when I was younger and then how far apart we are now. We used to spend like every weekend together. Now I can barely spend more than an hour with him. Its kinda sad. The only time we spend a lot of time together is during softball season and that is because he used to play baseball so he helps me improve and takes me to the batting cage. It really upsets me how we have grown apart so much in so little time. Sigh. I really wish I could get along with him. It makes me sad that my dad and I are like almost constantly in an argument or that we are constantly upset with each other. I hope things will change. But they probably wont.

Onto better subjects, Sorry I haven't been writing in here that much I am always working...but no talk of that yet. On Monday my school had an assembly for the freshmen and sophmores who got a 3.0 or above on their report cards. It was fun, because our school never does things like that for the people who have accomplished good things. So yeah, they had pizza for everybody, sodas (SHOCKER!), and they played music for us. Which was cool. I got up and started dancing. Which was also fun because I was like the only white girl dancing, the only time other white girls were dancing was during like the Cha-Cha slide, and the other songs like that. And when I got up and danced I was dancing with my friend Karl, who I also happened to dance with at homecoming, we were freak dancing which surprised everybody considering the fact that I'm white and I was like shakin my ass. Hehe. But although everyone was giving me looks and glaring at me, I still had fun.

Also, Happy Thanksgiving Day!! We have about fifteen minutes until our turkey is done. And unlike almost everyone else, we weren't up at 6 o'clock to put our turkey in. That is because my daddy deep fries it. Its really good. Its called a cajun fried turkey. We put loads of cajun seasoning on and in it. Yummy sounding eh? Well it is delicious if I must say so myself. We are also having corn casserole, green bean casserole (icky!), macaroni and cheese casserole, stuffing, and we have pumpkin pie, and lemon ice box pie for dessert. Sounds like a good home-cooked meal to me. Today was a lot of fun, I helped my mom prepare the casseroles and the pies, which i do almost every year. As I was watching 7th Heaven Tuesday afternoon, I started thinking about how I was really glad how I have almost always helped my mommy with Thanksgiving dinner. And see, what made me think of this was Lucy, wanted to make Thanksgiving Dinner all on her own, which her mother usually did. And she didn't want any help. And her mother who also wanted to make dinner didn't want any help. I realized how grateful I should be that almost every year I have had the opportunity to help with big dinners, such as Thanksgiving dinner. And i'm almost sure even when I was younger, say the age 5, I helped make dinner then too. Probably not so much as I do now, but I'm sure I helped with stirring and simple things like that. Again, Happy Thanksgiving. I hope everybody is thankful for the opportunities they have had in their lives, whether its an opportunity of going to another country, or helping your mom with dinner. Be thankful for it.

Yesterday happened to be my boyfriends and my 1 week anniversary. I know it sounds stupid that I am writing about our one week anniversary, but it excites me. Before we started going out, I had liked my current boyfriend for a year. So the day he asked me out made me extremely happy. And now that we ahve lasted one week, I am even more ecstatic. I was thinking of breaking up with him, but I decided against it. I like him far to much to break up with him, and the reason I had for breaking up with him was small and stupid, and I could just talk to him about what the problem is. So here we are one week and one day. Yay for me.

I think I am done writing for now. Dinner is almost done and I am sure they need my help in the kitchen. Happy thanksgiving everyone and be thankful for everything you have!
