the only thing i like better is my layout. its friggin awesome. its the same name as my nutang so yeah.

things have been pretty weird/busy/fun/argh.
finals are partially gone. i took my math final and my science final and now all thats left is my pnw final.. which is tomorrow. pray i do well. i got -5 so far on my science final..

lets see.. whats been happening in school lately...
well, we did our powerpoint presentation. that went.. partially well. i started to crack up because jordan was reading off of his notecard thing and he said something.. im not sure what but it sounded really cheesey like it came off of a website or something. we finished rube goldberg and were presenting it tomorrow. we did so much more decorating than we did the actual rube goldberg.. haha.. oops! in cooking we aren't doing much. today we make cookies really randomly. ours were really good compared to everyone elses. especially rediets groups. :) in burke we aren't really doing anything special. except for a monolouge. shiat. not my forte. luckily mine is reallllly short. in first period we had a lock down the other day. it seemed like it took forever! there was a robbery on 304th or something which is right now the street from the school. ms thompson is so stupid though! we were sitting right by the door.. he could've just like opened the door and me lindsay and stephanie would've died. jeez. that was right as we started our math final. i think i did okay on that.

i got my wallet back! :)
one day in tutorial ms keyes told me to come outside of the class room and she told me someone found my wallet. ahhh yay. it had all the money in it and what not.

last night i went to the swim meet with lindsay kels and brittany. we were timers.. it was kind of boring. but not at the same time. except i couldn't breath. its so muggy in there. they beat tee jay. i was happy about that..
haha it was really funny we were sitting on the bleachers and david gaily like came up to us and he was just like
... you brother has a girls name.
hahaha it was really funny.
and then later he was sitting a bit down from on the bench from me and i guess my brother from the pool was like stay 3 feet away from her. so david keeps like inching towards me and then he puts his legs up on me and hes like go with it go with it.
that kids my hero.
you know whats crazy.. my brothers gonna be a senior next year.

things are swell but really stupid all at the same time. fantana? thiiiiis kid.

with other things... i kind of wish i just knew how certain people were certainly feeling. but you just can't, can ya? well thats okay. it'll all work out.

24 days till my birthday. and now i have told myself i will stop counting, then hopefully time will go by faster. fifteen=drivers permit. that makes me smile.

hmm.. well this week was actually pretty fun. i can't really remember much of what we did. in thompson we did the usual, computers and packets.
burke.. well pretty much the same thing. that class is getting to me. the whole journal and grammar thing and follow directions writing and agh.. feels like we do the same thing everyday. ms burke likes to say shit. its fun. the aussie came on wednesday in that class and she got to sit next to me for a short period of time. then at the end they were just talking about their australian ways. things i have discovered: aussies call erasers 'rubbers'
they eat vegemite.. (ew)

they call soda 'fizzy drink'

so yeah in p.e. we started volleyball. volleyball is so fun! me, lindsay, and rochelle are in a group. i can't serve..
then theres cooking. we had our little cultural project and me and rediet just like bought cheesecake. some of the other peoples stuff was kind of.. scary. there was this spagetti stuff but it didn't taste like spagetti. eh. next week me, erica, and rediet are gonna be making apple pie. yay.
in science we haven't done much at all. it was really fun this week because pretty much all we do is talk to people and work on our rube goldberg maybe a little.. we had our catapult war. haha that was fun. did we win? i'm not sure. but after we were out of water baloons we used baseballs. hahah.. and i look over and vince is cracking up.. i guess michelle got hit in the head with a baseball. i didn't know if i should laugh or if i should be sympathetic. must've hurt... but if i happened to me i'd probablly laugh. cause i mean i love michelle.. nothing against her or anything. haha that reminds me of this one time me and trevor were playing baseball outside.. and he got really mad because he got out or something. so he throws the bat up in the air in this really angry manner and it comes back and hits him in the head. hhahahah i died. luckily he was laughing too. so, back to science. we have to do our rube goldberg this weekend. and then next weekend.
in rock we are doing this powerpoint. its me, murphy, jordan, and lindsay. i'm kind of scared because our questions are obvious. i hope she doesn't get angry. but its been fun. murphys laugh makes me laugh all the time. its awesome. and we have to like grade eachother for our 'work habits' everyday from 1-5. so yesterday murphy and jordan decide to give me 4.9s and write comments on the side saying i was being silly. lol and lindsay doesn't know how to work a powerpoint. hahaha... that was fun. i hope i don't mess up on presenting. i don't know much about what i'm suppose to know. oops.

this week has been the first of many weeks when i haven't had much homework. so i finally got to go to a swim meet, a wrestling meet, and a basketball game. :)
at the swim meet i was a runner. i had to like go get everyones cards after they gave them their times. they lost but thats ok. boys swim is fun.. i think i want to be a manager if i can because i don't have anything to do this season.
me and lindsay went to the wrestling meet. it was like the only match lindsay could go to and we wanted to see vince with his mad skills.. but he didn't wrestle. figures. i guess they didn't have the other guy, or he forfeited or something. eh. brian got a pin. gosh hes so small! its scary.
the basketball game was fun last night. except i lost my wallet. ahh.. i don't even know how. it was in my pocket, and i guess i bought something, and i thought i brought it back to the bleachers. but i guess i never put it in my purse.. so i thought it would be on the bleachers, but then it wasn't there. it had my asb card in it. along with 25 dollars. and gift cards. and my library card. well, besides that.. me, marisa, lindsay, stephanie, her aussie ellie, briana holt, and kt were there. brittany and erica were in the band and what not. fw won both the guys and girls games. me briana and lindsay went and stood in the standing section with all the old people for a bit. that was pretty fun. decator sucks. :)

i got my hair cut on monday. its not that much different.. a little shorter and more layered like in the beginning of the year. man my hair is like changing color and it looks like i highlight it, but i dont.

so i guess i'm staying in digital communications. poo. me and marisa finally went to the counselor and there weren't many options.

my brother got an ipod. SO JEALOUS.
he needs it though. he has like a million cds that he takes everywhere.

i have a hole in my sock... maybe thats why my feet are cold. or maybe its just because its like 0 degrees outside. its crazy cold, but it doesn't snow. it makes me mad. but i sort of like the cold. then i can have a whole bunch of blankets, have an excuse to cuddle, wear layers and scarves and gloves, and drink hot chocolate out the kazoo. but i do really want summer.

i think i want to be a life guard. that would be awesome.. my brother does it. so he could teach me how to swim and the basics. then i could work at steele lake park over the summer, which is really close to my house. i dont know..

ahh i forgot to turn that job shadow thing in. i had it done too.. darn. not many people are going to be in class. i was gonna do it for a chef or something of the sort. i was thinking about a photographer.. but if i did a chef then i'd get good food. hehe..

i miss soccer. i was thinking about doing indoor, but not many people were signed up for it. so the coach told them to find a different team.. eh. plus it was on monday nights at like 8:40. now i have to wait till the summer.. i got the letter from northwest soccer camp. i'm so excited to go agan. i didn't get to go last year for the first time in like 5 years. i think i want to be a cabin counselor there. not sure how old i'd have to be.. but it would take up alot of my summer.

i have the sudden urge to eat a grilled cheese sandwhich with a gatorade while watching the breakfast club. i think thats what i shall do...

Well, hello.

i have awhole bunch of pictures from the catapult thing... haha really scary picture of lindsay and brittany with brian standing in the background.

Friday was fun times. In science we did our catapult things.. ours didn't go very far. BUT WE STILL GOT 48 OUT OF 50!.. gosh brians groups was really good. and it flung with a spoon. Mr. Bannan made me go get all of the balls on the field. baseballs.. that is. and so i was carrying them back and then vince started juggling with them. so then he ended up carrying like 5 balls.. so i was like can i hold your balls? and he was like how many do you want.. and i replied with 2 haha.. that was grand. Then in pnw we did the socratic seminar thing and suprisingly, it was fun. by the end most of us needed to "challenge someones statement" so me and briana were making really odd comments and then challenging them. ms. rock wasn't exactly paying attention.. so it was all good.

last night i went to the alumni vs. teachers basketball game. it was pretty boring. but, hey, i gave a whole 2 dollars to the tsunami disaster fund. :)

Me and marisa really need to go the counselors soon. i don't want to be in that typing/computer class next semester. i think maybe i'll do marketing if i can... or an art class.

i found my keane cd kelsey.

it better snow soon. the weather people always end up being wrong. they say its gonna snow tomorrow, then it doesn't. so they say its gonna snow the next, but then it doens't. argh.

haha it did snow for about a short 15 minutes on thursday. that was really funny.. ms burke was just talking and then eileen sorry to interupt, but its snowing. and then ms. burke threw her papers down and was like "shit!" haha... i guess she has troubles getting to the school with the snow and ice and what not. so then we were reading this story thing and justins just like starting out the window. so i look up at him and he says its stopping! and then i go "its because your looking at it" or something along those lines... and it got really quiet and then people were laughing. meh.

all the homework stressy ness is pretty much gone now. since the book jacket and seminar are over. but now i have to do a powerpoint. pooo. i'm with lindsay, jordan, and murphy and were doing the oregon trail. thats good because i know alot about it from like 6th grade.

i think i'm gonna get my hurr did/cut this weekend.

today i got home from kelsey cause i spent the night there last night. it was fun we watched anchorman! great stuff right there. and we did tarot cards and mine didn't even relate to anything and they were all random but kelseys on the other hand.. all tied together. and we were playin' with this gel candle.. that was like a breat implant. oh wow fun stuff. urgh.. yeah so then today andie and andrea came over for a bit and hung out.. we play models! haha we got on my dressed and then video taped it.. then we played with my dog and gave him a bath!

so christmas eve day we went to my grandparents house and went shopping for our parents and then wraped them and put them under the tree like every year. i got my mom this book she wanted and i got my dad the reno 911 dvd first season haha.. he likes that show and i didn't know what to get him so i said what the hey. yeah plus i can watch it now :) so we ate dinner and then opened presents. i got the beatles greatest hits which is awesome! has some great songs like i am the walrus and all you need is love. what else.. i got like a gift certificate to ae and then my grandma gave us little things and all that good stuff. me and my brothers watched bedazzled and played video games and went to bed in shelbys room this year. suprisingly, i slept really well. usually i don't sleep good on christmas eve.. odd. and then we woke up around 8 when we usually wake up around 7. so yeah i got a down comfortor with all the works. its so comfy! and its red. oddly, i like it with my blue walls and all that good stuff. i got queens greatest hits cd! yay.. it has like 3 cds and its better than mr. bannans YESTH! hehe.. he hates me. yeah so now i can listen to the bohemian rhapsody whenever i please. i got a couple other cds and clothes and my sambas! heck yes! and other stuff but i don't feel like listing it. after that my other family came to my house and we opened presents and had dinner and whatnot. they stayed extra long this year.. they left at like 7. usually they leave alot earlier. but thats ok.. i put up some records on my wall with the covers next to it. it looks like a checker board. ahh i love my down comforter.. i can't get out of bed anymore though. i refuse.

so yesterday i went babysitting with my cousin.. to babysit my cousins. yeah a little confusing. but we spent the night and i just got home a little while ago.

i have alot of homework.. and its kind of just settling in. i have to do alot of my dialectical journals.. and finish my book and do that report.. and all those science projects. ARGH! stupid teachers..

well i think i'll go sleep.. or do homework. blegh.
