Today actually went by faster than usual. I went to the store this morning to pick up a few things since one of the moms checks got cleared. Aubree was terrible, but when we went to Fashion Bug to find me a pair of pants and mom a night gown, Aubree was down right BAD. She would twist around and throw herself on the floor. It was completely embarrassing. I brought her home and then went to town by myself. I found a comfortable pair of pants at walmart that I like. I want to get another pair next month.

Sunday Night Football sucks. I hate football. I’d rather watch reruns of shows I’ve seen before rather than have to watch football. The only thing I dislike more than football is golf. Golf is the ultimate in boring. I think that if I had a choice for sports to watch, I would choose baseball. I kind of like baseball. My second choice would be basketball. After that it’s, “Please! No more sports! Ahhh!“ When it comes to cars, I’m not a fan of racing… but I L-O-V-E demolition derby’s. There’s just something great about cars purposely crashing into each other.

You will never guess who was just here about 20 minutes ago. Nope. Nope. Mayyyybe. Nope. Give up? It was my father. He just showed up with my step mother and my step brother who’s cool. Dad gave me a box of bazooka gum that has 12 individual packages inside. Each package has approximately 35 pieces. Heck if I know what I am going to do with that much gum. I am going to the dentist for a cavity the 10th, lmao.

I recently found 2 more penpals! I am mailing their letter tomorrow. I hope they write back soon.

Today was a pretty good day. I went to Goodwill and spent $20 for stuff. Including a new shirt and a new skirt, and some more books [mysteries, yay!]. Oh, and I also got a pair of slippers and a new pair of shoes.

Aubree made out with the most, in a way. Mom bought her a TMX Elmo for $3. I think they’re $40 at walmart! Aubree absolutely loves that elmo. I absolutely love playing with that elmo, too. I like pushing it’s stomach and watching it roll around and stand back up again. I’m a kid at heart.

I normally would not mention something like this because I think it is bad luck, but I don’t think I’ll get the job anyway. So what the hell. I went up to our local gas station and asked if they were hiring and she asked me if I was looking for a job. I told her that I was. She asked if I knew how to work the register and the thing for gas. I explained that I didn’t, but I was more than willing to learn. I’m to go back tomorrow and see what she decided. Wish me luck!

I am hot and miserable today. Blah. On top of that I have had a migraine for 2 days now. It is starting to dull out, but I had it yesterday and woke up with it again today.

When I went to the store today I stopped at the Amish veggie booth and bought a few things. I bought a basket of yellow grape tomatoes, which are the only ones I like. They’re delicious.

The only thing I forgot while shopping was to get some green tea. I’ll have to get some tomorrow. I’ve heard good things about green tea.
