I am looking forward to tonights SNL. They’re going to have Bon Jovi as their guest host. I love’im. I have a CD of their most popular songs. It’s my favorite. I paid $3 for it, I think. Yay for Goodwill.

Anyway, my blanket is coming along well. I am happy. I just wish I could find the time to sit and work on it without stopping.

What I can’t wait to get started on is the new cross stitch for my penpal. That’ll be fun. When I’m ready for a break from knitting I’ll probably get started on it.

I got some good progress done on my blanket and I started on the giraffe cross stitch I’m making for my penpal. I’m pretty pleased. I got tired of knitting earlier so I decided to start on the cross stitch and I got all of the grass for one color done. This one will be simple.

Tomorrow I ship off my book donations to the prison library. I hope they all get accepted through to be added alright. It would be really cool if they do. I’m sending well over 10 books. Most of them are in like new condition.

I must say, today wasn’t a bad day. I worked on my blanket and started on a scarf that I’m hoping to sell once I open my estore. It’s a soft fuzzy pink scarf. I don’t know if it’ll make it to being sold because I kind of want to keep it, lol.

Aubree isn’t exactly being behaved, though. Actually she’s full of energy that came out of nowhere and she’s being mouthy as heck. I can’t wait until she’s asleep. If I get the things I need to do done, I might work on the scarf a little more.

I made some good progress on the cross stitch I’m doing for my penpal. So far so good. I finished off all the grass, the feet for the giraffe and I stitched in the name for her new son. What I have left is the giraffe and the sky. That’s it. So hopefully it won’t take me much longer.

I need to work some more on my knitting. I’m still working on a scarf to sell once I open my estore. It’ll make a nice addition, although I think I made it slightly too wide. It’ll be very warm, though.

I’m almost done with my scarf. I really wanted to finish it before I went to my friends house, but I didn’t make it. I was close, though. Just a few more rows to go. Hopefully I’ll have a chance to finish it tomorrow. It’ll look too darn cool on me =) Purple is so my color.

Like I mentioned I went and visited a friend today. She’s doing well. Aubree had fun playing with her kids. They wear her out, running around and causing trouble. My friend also has 2 dogs which are kid friendly and chase her around.

So it is Monday…

I picked up some yarn so I could make a couple toddler blankets that I plan to sell on my estore. Actually, I can honestly say that this whole week will be dedicated to knitting stuff so I will have a decent stock of items for sale when it opens. That means I have a lot of knitting to do over the week. My estore will be opening on the 4th. I have got the myspace page ready, I have got my hemp jewelry ready, and now I just need to get some knit items ready.
