I found out a little bit about my father's childhood and it amazes me how fun it was in their time even without the computer games.

Before the HDB was established, my family lived in sentosa island, i knew this long ago but i remember when i first heard, i was like woah don't try pull my legs. Anyway, my father and my uncles fished almost everyday, for fun and also because they need to eat.

He told me that once they almost caught a two meter long stingray (very deadly), they had to cut it loose because when the stingray eloped, my uncle saw a monster, it was massive and he panicked. Thus, cutting it loose. What a waste...

They lead a fearless life, all they care for is the fishes and crabs. If they spotted a crab, and if a cobra happens to be hanging above it, they wouldn't give two shit to that cobra. They would still go for the adorable crabs. Reason? I don't know either.
But I'm guessing that maybe cobra do not attack unless they feel threatened.

This is the last story that he told me. It was a close encounter with the sea deadliest snake, i didn't catch the name but it was THE most venomous snake in the sea. Okay, that creature actually climbed up my father's feet when he was on a rock in the shallow shore. Fortunately for him, he was wearing long pants and didnt get bitten by it. So he froze still for three second and jumped as far away as he could from the rock, and he landed on another pile of rocks, flat down... damn sway HAHA. Hence, injuring his entire body.

Not 100% convinced either, think he was boasting. hahah.

I wanna thank clara for her awesome miniature hamper (tic-tac, a cool shades and a pack of cigarette) hahaha... Thanks babe! Thanks for the delicious cake, a very special recipe(it makes you really thirsty) from my good friends. The wishes and handshakes, it was very heartwarming and i almost burst into tears whenever i received it. My family for being so lenient on me and for giving me so much freedom, i couldn't ask for more. My incredible sister who i think is the coolest girl on earth. The relatives for their hard-earned money, a very practical present indeed. I shall not work on the holidays and live entirely on the money i received. hmm... i really should thank my mum too and I'm glad she didn't abort me nineteen years ago. If it wasn't for her, i wouldn't be here typing away in my uninteresting, unexciting and lifeless blog. My dearest nieces, genesis and gwen, i love them so much even though they just ignored me and refused to greet me a moment ago.

I have to go now, my father is pastering me..... i have to eat......
