Well,if you've recently applied for a new job you can relate.

Your probably wondering why you didn't get the job, well it could be because you forgot a cover letter. I know your probably wondering why do I need a cover letter. I said the same, but know I kind of realize why its needed. I believe that your cover letter has the ability to show an employer that your are really interested in the position because for one you took the time to actually come up with a cover letter. While others just submitted their resumes.

According to Molly Luffy, " Your cover letter is only one of the many important pieces that will get you noticed in the reviewing and selection process."

I would have to agree with that statement.

My advice to you is to start including cover letter with your resumes, so that you are on top of the selection list when you apply for a position.

These shoes will be dropping this summer and seem to be the hottest so far, and I will have to make sure I cop these for real. They will run you a retail price of $150 dollars and so will the other ones I've posted. Thanks sneakerfiles for this great info.
