what is it going to do with God? So what..... just imagine 15 years working at
Wal-Mart and without promotion? Holy cow... and if you do further reading they
actually give a blank promise.. and besides that they also promote inexperience
male as compared to women

Wal-Mart is discriminating the
women, they received less than 40% from the male... and when the women fight for
their right.. this is what they answer

ha-ha.. that's is the funniest
statement I ever came through after reading untraceable information about
Wal-Mart... come on today the world change... and we are equally important in
supporting the family. The trend now is Double income family and Wal-Mart just
gave such a silly defending excuse... (shame on them) besides that, pity those
single mum... I wonder what will they felt after reading this statement...

that's is so unethical..........
if they delete the times means the employees do not able to claim for their
extra hours hard work... (ah... so unethical practice.... labor exploitation,
human rights.... )

 

Besides all this , lots of
information you can get from the net.. so I'm going to let you search for your
self.. but maybe .. if my mood is good.. and I have NBTD and want to cari pasal
(look for trouble) then ill do some reading on Wal-Mart again.... besides
Wal-Mart there are other organization that practicing unethical business
strategy... they even use child labor.. such as what happen in NIKE.... and what

use "monetary form" to reward their employees to "cheat" the authorities that
came for investigation. 

P.S: Although there are not Wal-Mart rooting at my country but im aware of the things happening involving Wal-Mart because the text books that i'm using were imported from oversea...

of course please correct me if the Wal-Mart incident had solve... and do correct me if there is something wrong with my opinion and information search... i writting this blog is because tomorrow my exam involved Wal-Mart case study.. so by writting it as a blog.. it help me to remember and familiarize with Wal-Mart cases.

Besides that, i would like to say sorry to those that felt offended after reading this blog because it doesnt mean to attack any parties.. i just wanted to share and at the same time enhance my learning.. is a mutually exclusive manner....

Of course here i would like to take the opportunity to thank my Business Ethics' sir (his name will remain anonymous since i do not get his permission to reviews his name here... *human rights* wahha) for creating my interest towards ethical business... lol * believe it or not b4 that i think bribery is acceptable *

Dear Diary,

OMG, this book is eyes opener.... showing u the darkest secret of society, the stupidity of human being, the cruelty of own parent... the cruelty of one adult towards an innocent child... pedophile ring in the society that one might not realise...

no one listen, no one believe.. yet he have the courage to run away.. Started his new life.. and blessed with beautiful wife and children...

this shows that, it is so important to always listen to child, and not suspecting them, child dont lie, but adults do.....

if we pay attention to what the child said, you might catch the hint, they dont say it straight, their strange behavior always come from a result of smth... plz if u have kids, do love them, do cherish them.. do listen to them .....

VERY WELL DONE BOOK... But lots of things left hanging.... which hopefully will continue in book too..... *applause towards his courage*

Dear Diary,

I do realize these books existence for many years yet I do not know why it stop be from buying these books until few months back, the book store was having some sales... 2 books for 1 book price... so immediately I grab two of the books... and store it into my mini library...

The Book started with Dave being rescued from the hand of his mother and flee from the abusive environment that he had been experience for many years.

Dave came from a very happy family; where the father and mother r so loving... however, a sudden change of his mother attitude had directly send him to another world that only darkness, abusive and lots of torturing that occurred....

I finished this book within a day... and so do my tears flow for a day... it was such a mix emotional book.... I was so mad and just do not believe my eyes, how on earth a mother can treat her son like that...

continuous of beating, punching, starving her son, and worse stabbing ... had steal my tears again and again... what�s most heartbreaking was.... the father was helpless in saving his son.... by letting the mother do all the dirty work....

This book is about how Little Dave fight to survive his mother's abuse... and how his positive thought that keep him alive and be a remarkable person in this world...

The continuous book of A Child Called "It' ... yet another heart touching book that took away 2 days of my tears to finish the book....

just cant imagine how one mother trying to ruin a child's life although he no longer in the care of his mother... why must she be so cruel towards her on flesh and blood...

he had fought through his life as a foster child, try to be accepted by the society... but during that era, people tend to have prejudice eyes towards the foster child... which causes the foster child to have difficulty to adapt to the society but this never stop David....

I'm so happy ... that David is now a respectable man... that live in the respectable world.... where he have found what he love.... and he uses his past to be strong and be the man that well respected by those that know him...

Oh before forget, the power and love of foster parents sometimes r greater than blood relation.... imagine... the unconditional love the foster parents shower the foster child... should gain salute for us the society...

Dear Diary,

U see it right, the school bus was on fire at Penang Bridge today @@'' and causes the whole Penang Bridge to jam with cars, i can even walked on the bridge while waiting for the traffic to flow... our cars were just STOP on the bridge...

We waited for 1 hour b4 the car able to move again... as usual, i took the opportunity to take some pictures hahaha...... now my news r faster than the local newspaper.... :P

Thank god the polices were there to control the traffic... oh and i saw fireman too ~~~ while my dad's car reach near the bus, the fire was put off, but i do took a pic of after burning... ~~

P.S: I wonder what is wrong w me, been trapped in traffic jam for many times this week @@''

Dear Diary,

After came across with an article from Zoop��s Life , it shocked my life out of it in this wonderful monday morning. A 17 months old baby was abused to death in Haringey, north London suffered over 50 types of injuries from top to bottom. He was abused by his very own mother, the mother bf and a lodger.

According to the news, the poor child was being used as a ��punching bag��. a mother that supposed to be there to take care of the child do nothing about it while letting the man to abuse Baby P.

Something that get over my nerve while continue reading different source of news was, the mother and her bf rubbed chocolate over the baby��s bruise and injuries in order to hide it. How can a bruise being cover by that?

Dr Sabah al-Zayyat from a clinic at St Ann Hospital ,refused to give treatment to the baby because he that the baby appeared "cranky" and "miserable", but he did not notice or find any indication of fractured ribs or a broken back. How can a doctor did not detect it? Why only when death occur that the doctor will realize? Where is justice? How can we rely on doctor in saving life?

-- Eight broken ribs and a broken back, with another area of bleeding around the spine at neck level.

-- Numerous bruises, cuts and abrasions, including a deep tear to his left ear lobe, which had been pulled away from his head.

-- Severe lacerations to the top of his head, including a large gouge which could have been caused by a dog bite.

-- Blackened finger- and toenails, with several nails missing; the middle finger of his right hand was without a nail and its tip was also missing, as if it had been sliced off.

-- A tear to his fraenulum, the strip of skin between the middle of the upper lip and the gum, which had partially healed.

-- One of his front teeth had also been knocked out and was found in his colon. He had swallowed it.

The power of manipulating the social workers, health visitors, doctors and nurses had make the mother avoid authority punishment. Imagine the poor child been seen by the social workers and etc for more than 60 times over the last eight months of his life yet they allow him to go back to his mother.

This make me disappointed, in this market we have lots of bibliography by abuse survival for instance David Pelzer��s books stating how his mum manipulate the social worker while trying to save him. This is exactly what happen in this case, except Baby P was not lucky enough to survive this sadistic act.

According to the source that I read, Haringey Social Services failed to protect Baby P although this had happen and clearly shows that Baby P was abused and seriously injured. In the past Haringey Social Services also failed to protect Victoria Climbe which now I really question their abilities. This remind me of how Joe Peters�� case. He called for help but ended up was send back to his mother��s house again and again.

By the way, Baby P's mum was plead guilty and serving in jail... and giving birth to a child soon which Haringey Social Services wanted the child to remain with the mum.. that is shocking.

I really hope this case will widen everyone��s eyes, and stop child abuse, is a domestic violence, and one day I do hope in my home country Malaysia will also look into this matter, stronger child protection act to protect the innocent, before things are to late. Is always prevention better than cure.
